The episode was kind of dull. The only thing that motivated me to keep watching is to know what happened to the patient's father.
The Typhus is an easy thing to diagnose. Just a simple blood test can confirm. And although might be deadly, it's also easy to treat.
This episode is moronic for the medical or desease plot but okay for the story.
Just as in many episodes, diagnosing the desease mostly would only tske 1 or 2 test .. and voila! All the too long route is irrational.
But hey, it's just a fiction movies. Not scientific. Pure fiction. Because in real life, when you made 1 false diagnose and treatment in chronic fatal desease, patient will be dead for sure.
Now I don't know what to write anymore just because this has to be six hundred characters. OMG!

The most annoying "actor" of the series, "Park" (Charlyne Yi), does well enough to not distract from the show (for a change)... There are some great lines here, and the entire ep is well directed (flows well) and entertaining. I'm really surprised IMDB's trivia says this is the worst-rated in the history of the show. It is not that bad. The show entertains, I suspect that the ones who rated this one low are the types that react by their political and moral views., as opposed to the drama of the program.

I just read that this was the least popular episode of this series. Granted it moves slowly and the issues around it are becoming more an more true all the time. High level authority figures are routinely lie to us to keep themselves in power. The military talks a good game, but often comes up short. That said, we have a guy who is willing to give up his life for "honor." Even though those who make the rules often ignore them.
House fits the bill because he arbitrarily decides to put loyalty to the test and find out who a rat is on his team. He feigns illness and then stacks the deck and sits back and watches. There is something really bland about this episode.
