    Life-saving film -truly

I remembered watching this film years ago as I received a link through the American Heart Association email. I have heart concerns in the past, but this year one time it felt different and remembering this video and experiencing all those symptoms shown, I asked my husband to call 911 and send an ambulance. It was a heart attack. Thank you Elizabeth Banks and all concerned in making this, for making sure I got to the hospital and received the care I needed. This is personally, the most important film I have ever watched.

Great public service announcement about women and heart disease

3/21/18. I show this all the time when I talk to my wellness classes about women and heart disease. It gets the message across that women always put everything and everyone else before their own health, and sometimes to their own detriment. Great public service announcement to raise awareness about women and heart disease.
