    Rubbish

It feels like they employed a bunch of schoolkids to write this episode. It is truly awful.

The Cuddy/House relationship turned them both into annoying unrealistic character

I am struggling to continue watching this.

    Had to Happen

The result of this episode is as it had to be. It has been pointed out, oh, about four thousand times, that there is only one person in House's life--House. Cuddy says it all in the final scene they have together. She has just cheated death. He loves her but refuses to put up with a little pain in order to help her through this.

I have no problem with the dream sequences. Some thought they were idiotic, but they are dreams and they have a connection to the realities.

The young guy who we at first have empathy for betrays Taub and everyone else. He is a bonafide nut sociopath and Taub makes the right decision in the end.

Trying to be what it isn't

I watch for the medical mysteries. House and Wilson pranking each other and team interacting. They must have been high when they wrote this or they think they are making something else that I just can't see the point too. At their best House and Cuddy had a good banter and could get serious about a case or the occasional confrontation. That's been missing for over two years by the time we get to this disgrace. Fortunately the show regains what made it special in season eight but all but two or three episodes are unwatchable in season seven maybe four episodes . The Dig being the best of season seven.

(at around 11 mins) On Lisa Cuddy's bedside table is a bottle of Zolpidem tablets, used to help sleep. The bottle is labeled as 200mg capsule, one to be taken at bedtime for sleep. The maximum available unit strength is 10mg or 12.5 mg (12.5 is extended release only). Also contrary to the label, it is not available in capsule form, only tablet, spray, and oromucosal/sub-lingual mist.
