At the start of this episode, Euth still has the marks on her neck from the previous episode. But when she's taken by Lucas the marks have gone.
In the scene on the roof of the building, Lucas struck Harry with a handgun leaving a deep gash over his right eye. In a later scene, supposedly 48 hours later, we see Harry talking on the phone without any mark or scar on his face.
When Lucas has Beth captured, he hands her a half full glass of water. When she takes it, it is a quarter full.
During the roof scene, the gash on Harry's head disappears and reappears.
When the team search Lucas house for evidence of why he's turned Rogue, Beth remarks that there were no photos, mementos, books or anything personal there, except for an old copy of William Blake poetry.
However, in Season 2 of Episode 7, which Ros searches Lucas previous residence there were dozens of books and other items strewn all over the floor. A couple of scenes earlier, Lucas had been putting up two framed prints of William Blake paintings. One of them, Urizen was the same design as he had tattooed on his chest.

Harry tells the Home Secretary that "several of [Vaughan Edwards's] phone calls have been routed through a satellite hovering some 800 miles above Guangdong province". It's impossible for a satellite to hover over China at ANY orbit height. Geostationary satellites are a lot higher and are over the equator, while geosynchronous satellites spend as much time south of the equator as they do north of the equator.
