1:00:01 - 1:00:09 Dwayne SE P990i's numeric keypad is open when he is talking and next scene it is closed.
During the pen gun scene, while Chango has The Major at gunpoint, the camera alternates between the frontal and rear shots of Chango. You can see his trigger finger switches between being on the trigger when seen from behind but outside the trigger guard and resting alongside the frame when seen from the front.
When Chet is painting the gun, smudges on the car door can be seen. In the shots where the car is stopped, the smudges are gone, also the painted paper is turned.
Later in the end of the movie when the van drives next to them, the paint smudges are also not on the door.
During the pool cleaning scene, Dwayne is holding the pool skimmer which has some leaves still stuck to it. When the shot changes, the leaf debris is gone.
During the car chase scene immediately after the bank robbery, the rear-view mirror in the red escape car appears and disappears at least a dozen times throughout the chase.
When Nick gets in the car the driver starts a clock for 30 minutes (the pizza is cooked). The 30 minutes should start when the order is placed otherwise the driver could just lie about the time.
The bank guard's gun could not have fired as depicted. A blow to the hammer of a modern double action revolver (like the one carried by the guard) cannot cause a discharge because the hammer block safety remains automatically engaged until the trigger is pulled.
During the bank robbery, and while still inside of the bank, a dye pack placed among the stacks of bills given to the robbers goes off. That's not how a dye pack works. When it is removed from the magnetic plate in the drawer or vault that holds it secure for use, the pack is armed. Once it leaves the building and passes through the door frame, a radio transmitter located at the door triggers a timer (typically at least 10 seconds), after which the dye pack explosively releases[ an aerosol (usually of Disperse Red 9) and sometimes tear gas, intended to destroy the stolen money and mark the robber's body with a bright stain. When the dye pack goes off here, the robbers have not passed through the doorframe and thus have not activated the dye pack detonation sequence.
Another dye pack goes off in Chet's face as Nick, Chet, and Kater are driving away near the end of the movie. Again, as explained elsewhere, the dye pack detonates due to a timer after exiting the bank. The timer is generally around 10-seconds, not hours and hours as shown here. A delayed activation such as this would defeat the whole purpose of the pack as it would allow plenty of time to identify any dye pack and dispose of them.
When Nick and Chet are being chased in the Datsun, Nick shifts gears, indicating he is driving a manual transmission car. However, after he shifts and is performing his 180-stunt, a close-up shot shows his feet and there is no clutch. In a manual transmission car, the pedals are close together, and the brake pedal is smaller due to the clutch next to it.
No one ever mentions the fact that law enforcement would be looking for them even though they have committed a Federal offense (Armed bank robbery) that the FBI would be involved in; Use of an explosive device while committing a Felony that the ATF would be involved in; as well as State and Local charges ranging from attempted murder (the man shot in the bank), felonious assault with a weapon, felony eluding, assault on a police officer, to any injuries to the pursuing police officers as a result of the chase, etc.
Nick and Chet would be the most wanted criminals in the State of Michigan following the bank robbery and flight from the police.

While watching Friday the 13th: Part 3 (1982), Dwayne tells his father there are 45 minutes left in the movie. However, the scene they are watching is the final scene in the film.
Even though the bank security guard carries a revolver, he is seen wearing a vertical magazine pouch. A magazine is used to reload a semi-automatic pistol, while a revolver, like the guard carries, uses round speed-loaders for rapid reloads, which requires an entirely different type of carrying pouch.
The bus driver simply lets Nick and Chet hop on the bus (after stopping for them when they run in front of the bus and pound on the windshield), and run to the back of the bus without paying. This simply would not happen. The driver would demand payment from both of them before he would have continued.
When talking about Kate's promotion, Nick says, "We don't even have a Radisson here." There is in fact a Radisson Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Travis says that Kate knocked over his soda and delayed him turning her over to Nick. However, in Michigan the vernacular is to call a soda a "pop."
