When Quan is being pursued in the woods one of McGrath's men is wounded when he steps on nails used like Punji sticks. Many hours later when Sean Hennessy is tracking Quan he touches the nails and blood is seen on his fingers. Blood would have coagulated long before then and would not have been wet to the touch.
In beginning of movie when Quan's daughter gets in his car, he is wearing his seat belt. While driving neither one of them is wearing a seat belt. When they stop, they are both wearing seat belts.
When Quan is at the police station, the bundle of money moves around in different shots.
The laptop that is planted with a bomb is an HP branded computer. The laptop that is visible in the X-ray scanner monitor is an Apple MacBook Pro (15" Retina). The MacBook Pro has embedded soft cell batteries that are not user removable. Also Apple computers are surrounded by an aluminum uni-body design. The HP computer has an all plastic design.
When Quan is struggling with one of the bombers in the movie's climax, Maggie gets shot near the neck from a stray bullet, and you can see the blood on her neck after she is hit. However, when the police bomb there way in and they question Maggie because she is the only bomber left alive, there is no blood on her neck.
Maggie orders two Jameson whiskeys, "single malt". The oldest licenced whiskey distillery in the world, Bushmills, makes two single malts - the ten year old and the 21 year old. Scotch whiskey is also usually known for single malts.
Jameson doesn't make any single malt whiskey.

During the SO15 brief it is stated that O'Reilly is 29 and served 2 months in Hydebank 3 years ago making him 26 at the time. Hydebank is a young offenders center and only houses men between the ages of 18 and 21.
The exploding laptop at the airport is pure Hollywood special effects and over-dramatization. The destructive force of a bomb depends on the shape of the charge and how the explosive material is packed and tamped. A bomb concealed in a laptop battery, due to its flattened shape, would have caused negligible damage to the plane and mostly just to the passenger in whose lap the computer was sitting. It would be completely impractical to assassinate a planeload of dignitaries.
Incorrectly regarded as a goof: Some viewers might notice that the number plates on the cars do not seem to conform to the format generally used in the UK, especially in the use of the letter "Z". Northern Ireland has a separate system of allocation of registration numbers, and it contains the letters "Z" or "I".
The Counter-Terrorism Police attempt to torture Maggie Dunn. That would be a violation of British Police laws.
Quan Ngoc Minh is supposed to be 61 but his special forces file shows his date of birth as being 1941. This would have made him 76, not 61.
This would also have meant that his wife, of the same age, would have been 61 when she conceived Fan.
This is most likely an oversight by the team that composed said file.

At 23:44 minutes, Liam Hennessy (Pierce Brosnan) is told a phone call is waiting for him on line 2. He picks up the phone handset and without pushing a button on the phone base begins a conversation with Quan Minh (Jackie Chan). It's impossible to talk to someone on a multi-line phone system without first selecting a line.
This is not true. If a call is being transferred to that particular extension, then with the ringer on or if muted, you would just lift the receiver and talk.

The laptop battery bomb was placed in a battery with cylindrical cells. The security x-ray machine shows a more modern laptop with pouch cells.
You can see the Irish Setter sniffing the hand of Hennesy's man as they are walking on the farm. Then when Hennesy takes a call the dog follows him and gets a treat to follow him. You can see the dog wagging his tail and chewing as he nudges the guy's hand again.
After Liam hits the send button on the phone when Quan makes him, the dialog doesn't go away, as you see from the side seconds later.
When Quan is in his room burning his family's old photo, they first show the photo (front) and the next shot goes to his face and the photo in front of him (thus the back of the photo is facing the camera) you can see through the back of the photo that it's actually a different photo.
The seals on the two bottles of lemonade used in one of the bombings were obvious that they had, indeed, had their cap seals broken to put accelerant into. However, when the shot changes to extreme close up, the security ring is still intact on the bottle lids.
When Liam calls Sean Morrison who is located in NYC you can see a Mercedes Vito/Viano van mixed in with the NYC yellow cabs. This Mercedes model was never available in the USA.
When the counter terrorist team leader orders the murder of Maggie he says "No loose ends". However, the team member who actually kills her uses his own service weapon to do so (a model used by neither the bombers nor Quan). An incident like this would result in a thorough analysis and a possible medical examination which might then lead to some serious questions.
During the telephone call following the first bombing, the IRA terrorist makes reference to the British occupation of 'Northern Ireland'. However very few Irish republicans, and certainly not one in the IRA, would refer to it as such. Instead they would call it 'The North Of Ireland'.
