Miranda Lambert may have had the surprise guest of CMA Fest 2023 on Friday night as she brought out pop-punk hero Avril Lavigne during her performance at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium.
Lambert introduced the moment by saying she was about to “make more badass happen right now” and calling Lavigne her “new bestie.” The pair did a quick run-through of a verse and chorus of Lambert’s hard-charging early single “Kerosene” before the band quickly switched to the spiky riff from Lavigne’s 2002 smash “Sk8er Boi.” As fan-shot video of the performance shows,...

Miranda Lambert seemingly referenced her high-profile split from Blake Shelton on stage during the 2019 Academy of Country Music Awards - and, yes, Blake was in attendance. While performing a medley of her hits, the singer changed a line in "Little Red Wagon" from "I live in Oklahoma" to "I got the hell out of Oklahoma." The edit is an apparent dig at Blake, who is from Oklahoma. Blake and Miranda also shared a residence in his home state during their marriage.

Did Miranda Lambert shade Blake Shelton at the 2019 Acm Awards? Some fans think the 35-year-old singer took a little dig at her ex during her performance at Sunday night's award show. The two-time Grammy winner took the stage at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas to perform a medley of some of her top hits. However, some fans noticed she made a slight adjustment to one of the lyrics in her song "Little Red Wagon." Instead of singing "I live in Oklahoma" like she does in the original version, Lambert belted out the words "I got the hell out of Oklahoma." As country music lovers will recall, Lambert lived in Oklahoma with Shelton during their four-year marriage. Of course, several fans...

The results are in on the rebooted “American Idol” and the winning contestant is… Maddie Poppe.
From the moment 20-year old Iowa native Poppe auditioned with “The Rainbow Connection,” she was a clear frontrunner. And week after week, viewers saw her blossom into an artist. As Perry often complimented, Poppe has impeccable musical taste and a whole lot of talent. Among Poppe’s winning performances was her rendition of Simon & Garfunkel’s “Homeward Bound” and “God Only Knows” by the Beach Boys.
Poppe’s prize includes a recording contract with Hollywood Records. Speaking to Variety last week, Disney Music Group president Ken Bunt said that the company was committed “to continue telling the story of the winner.”

Is Miranda Lambert a white liar? The country singer's is dating Evan Felker — and while she might believe she is not responsible for the end of this marriage, it is being reported that Evan ghosted his wife and blindsided her with divorce shortly after meeting Miranda. "The notion that [Evan and Staci's] divorce happened for any reason other than that is complete bulls--t," a source told People of the cheating scandal. "It started very much about work. He was completely thrilled. By the time he was leaving for tour, it had become a lot flirtier.” The couple allegedly began exchanging text messages before going on tour together and initially didn't want to blow her off in hopes of boosting his music career. (Photo Credit: Getty Images, Instagram) "[People are] making it seem like, 'Oh, they got close while they were on tour together,' as if the tour was six months long, but it was three days,...

Who cheated Miranda Lambert or Blake Shelton? According to her ex Jeff Allen — they are both guilty. The scorned lover of Miranda took to Twitter to call out Blake after he seemingly shaded his ex-wife who is currently dating a married man. "You know, I’ve always given you the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to just being human, but you must be one arrogant Sob to pop off something like this, when I know damn good and well you were cheating on your wife and Miranda was cheating on me when you two started up," he wrote. Jeff has since deleted the tweet but explained the reasoning for speaking out. "I kept my mouth shut for 13 years. Sorry, his karma tweet rubbed me wrong. All of this is pointless," he added. (Photo Credit: Getty Images, Instagram) Previously, Blake claimed it was "karma" that Miranda was making...

Gabby Barrett and Cade Foehner have emerged as early front-runners to capture the Season 16 title on “American Idol.” The country beauty and the southern rocker may seem like breaths of fresh air now, but haven’t we seen this showdown before? Loyal fans of the reality TV series could be experiencing déjà vu if they remember a young hopeful from Oklahoma defeating the long-haired guitar player from Alabama way back in Season 4.

Shade. Thrown. Blake Shelton took to Twitter on Wednesday, April 25 to seemingly diss his ex-wife, Miranda Lambert, who is now dating a married man following her highly-publicized split from boyfriend Anderson East. Monday night’s “American Idol” elimination round lowered the number of contestants left on the show to just 10, but raised the level of emotions to 100.
Mara Justine and Compton resident Marcio Donaldson were sent home, as were country singer Garrett Jacobs and Johnny Brenns, who made his first official stage appearance as a musician on the show. While none of the contestants were happy to leave, it’s safe to say there were no sore losers during this round.
Justine showed her poise and maturity when she said after the show, “I feel good. What a blessing it is to be here – to have made it this far. I never would have imagined something like this in my whole entire life.”
Donaldson echoed the sentiment, “Top 14 out of 300,000. When you think about that, it’s only gonna be one winner at the end of the day, if you take it...

The first cuts made by voters on Monday night’s (April 23) “American Idol” were the deepest — and most shocking — as the Top 14 was pared to 10, with six singers sailing to safety and eight left to perform for the judges’ wildcard pick.
The brand new “American Idol” stage — which looks fabulous and massive in scale — is divided into two areas with six chairs designated for safety and eight in the “danger zone,” explained host Ryan Seacrest. Next week it is going to be even more interesting, as Seacrest revealed the show is making reality history by allowing all 50 states to vote in real time next Sunday for its Disney-themed night with Idina Menzel. Despite the new surroundings, Seacrest looked comfortable in familiar territory as he revealed the fate of each singer.
First through was Maddie Poppe, who impressed with her glistening interpretation of Simon and Garfunkel’s “Homeward Bound” the night before.

We knew it would happen eventually. On April 15, Miranda Lambert had a public run-in with ex-husband Blake Shelton and his current girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, at the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas. When Miranda — who recently sparked plastic surgery rumors — took the stage to perform "Keeper of the Flame," Blake and Gwen were sitting "in her direct line of sight," according to a witness who spoke exclusively with In Touch. The couple — who started dating in November 2015 — apparently "sat still and did not exchange glances or words with one another the entire time." But don’t worry, the awkwardness doesn't stop there. When Miranda accepted her award for Song of the Year for "Tin Man," she explained to the crowd that her album, The Weight of These Wings, was recorded shortly after her and Blake’s 2015 split, but she refused to make eye contact with the 41-year-old singer.

Music's favorite couple was feeling Hella Good last weekend! After the Academy of Country Music Awards on April 15, Gwen Stefani took the stage at an after party to bust out some of the old music from her No Doubt days, and her handsome boyfriend Blake Shelton joined her on stage! Watch the video above to see him groove to "Hella Good," plus a little adorable Pda! Perhaps Gwen decided to play some of her old songs at the after party show to get her ready for her brand-spankin'-new Vegas residency, which she announced in April and begins in June. Unfortunately, that means that she won't be working on The Voice anymore, but Blake seems plenty supportive of the move anyway. While it's unclear whether Gwen will be moving to Vegas with her three sons during the residency, the family has gotten pretty good at splitting their time between different homes.

Under the knife? Miranda Lambert was looking better than ever at the 2018 Acm Awards —sparking plastic surgery rumors among viewers. However, this is nothing new for the "Little Red Wagon" singer. Miranda's changing body has been a major topic of discussion since before her split from Blake Shelton back in 2015. After her dramatic 45-pound weight loss in 2013, the 34-year-old was bombarded with claims of liposuction, but the singer was quick to combat the allegations. In a letter posted to fans on her website, the country singer set the record straight. "Though I Never care what the tabloids have to say about me I wanted to address this certain story they are running this week and set the record straight. I Did Not have surgery to lose weight,” she said. "That is ridiculous." Despite her denial, fans are still quick to point out Miranda's much slimmer face, as well as her more defined nose,...

This sh-t is bananas. Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton might not be hitched just yet, but that doesn't mean they haven't given it some thought.
