The meteor is a Swedish short film about Vera (Marie Robertson), a wussy woman that works as a cleaning lady at a museum. She is secretly in love with her boss Ted (André Wickström). She's great at Frisbee-golf, but doesn't dare to try and quit her day job to pursue a career in it. After a meteor crashes down in her front lawn she gets courageous and asks Ted out on a date. The meteor also makes Vera black out and go into a sort of trans in which she starts building a machine. Because of her black-outs she misses the flight to Paris, hits her friend Lexi (Sofia Bach) in the head with a wrench and messes up her budding relationship with Ted.
