Jonas Brothers Family Roast

Perhaps I'm spoiled by the irreverence of Comedy Central roasts, but this was a bit too lighthearted, hardly funny, and felt more like I was watching toasts at a wedding. I like Keenan, but he clearly phoned it in. The best part of the show was Pete Davidson. His jokes were actually funny and kept me watching, hoping for more of that. This is something almost exclusively for Jonas fans to enjoy. It might have been better received (and I wouldn't have wasted an hour) if they kept "roast" out of the title. Thank.

PG rated harmless and bland 'roast'. Keenan as the host is boring and not funny. Pete Davidson is marginally better. Dr. Phil is way past expiration date. Boring material from all the brothers and their sexy wives.

Well what can I say, the humour is as cringe as it gets for a lot of the time; but a few of the roasters managed to get a chuckle out of me. Its nothing special but it's definitely a fun watch since i managed to stay entertained for the most part.

Too many pre recorded videos, too much camera on wifes.... Many fake laughing moments.

I like Pete Davidson and Jack Whitehall but they too perform far from their comedy standards. You can tell from the beginning when the host fails to create the hype needed to make a good roast.

I love a good roast (I mean I am English), but a good roast this was not.

Almost none of the jokes landed, everything felt really awkward as though people were too afraid to hurt each others feelings.

The only act that really made me laugh was Jack Whitehall, the two stars are for him and him alone.

Overall this was just bland and a poor attempt to replicate what comedy central has been doing for years to a MUCH higher standard.
