We don't always get to choose the perfect moment

Whether this is the end of archer for good or just the start of something new I will always be grateful for the time and dedication Jessica Walter all of the cast the writers producers and everyone involved in the production of this show has put into it countless hours to really make something special and I will be satisfied with the outcome regardless. Thank you.

The ending to this episode was amazing to Archer comforting Lana, Archer reading Malory's note and to Malory and Ron being on the beach together. Great ending to an awesome episode and great season. Goodbye Malory you will forever be missed 😢
Can't wait to see what happens next in season 13.

I wondered how "Archer" would deal with Jessica Walters' death. After all, it's not known for subtelty or being heartfelt.
The way they finished the episode was exceptional and I cameclose to having a tear in my eye. Well done to everyone involved.

INCREDIBLE FINALE

I would be ok if this was the series finale as Sterling and Lana basically got back together and there was a proper send off to Jessica Walter's Malory. May she forever rest in peace and enjoy that sunset!!! You will be missed and the show WILL NOT be the same without you.
Better ending then expected

I've had lots of problems with this season and season 11 but the main one I had was when they have the chance to connect with the audience on an emotional level they blow it or the writing just made not have much of an impact until the last episode when Lana went to archer to have someone to cry with I really loved that scene but the ending Scene with mallory leaving and it being meant to be an emotional moment which it was but it wasn't as I wanted it to be just cause how they went about it with there writing so it didn't hit like it should have. Now I could go on and on about how I would do this differently to have a better impact for the audience but I'm glad they did the scene with archer and lana that really saved this season for me just hope they change stuff up cause these seasons are going in the wrong direction.

A Proper Sendoff for a Spy Legend

One more mission as a bad*** spy in her bodylicious catsuit capped off by a drink on a beach with a beautiful sunset...Jessica Walter would approve, and will be missed. Barry vs Barry! That internal conflict was great fun and well-written. Tonight, Pam wasn't annoyingly abrasive, Lana wasn't annoyingly b-tchy and screaming 24-7, Archer was classic Archer and the supporting players were on-point. The twist-ending of a nemesis turned new boss was well-played. If not for the environmental dialogue (seems to have increased for S12), this finale would be flawless. Besides the thrilling Archer backstory episode guest-voicing Bruce Campbell as his spy mentor, S12 could have been skipped until tonight's finale. I'm now excited for S13.
Loved it

The memorial to Jessica Walter killed me. If only so many of our actors and actresses go out with such love and appreciation from their coworkers and showmakers.
What killed me more was that scene when Archer comes back to his place to find Lana in tears. Finally he knew to just shut his stupid immature mouth up seeing his friend grieving. Let her know he was there for her. Sip his drink and keep his mouth shut. No quip. No anything. That touch on her shoulder from him and her hand on his was truly heartwarming and saddening at the same time. Their relationship became one of warmth and compassion. Well...at least in private between them.
I've seen live action shows try to accomplish this and yet Archer did in ten seconds. Character growth (sort of) and a way to really drive home what characters who we know are going through. Best episode of the series.
