    Enjoyable/Quick Moving

The focus is a blogger who basically tells everything she does day after day. She also feels that feedback from her readers is a barometer for what she does. She is almost fanatical about her stuff. One day, however, she becomes very ill. The team has to come up with something (of course). The problem is that they rely on her word and things she has put on her blog to find something that could be causing her condition.

The subplot involves an exchange of pranks, starting with House discovering that Wilson once unwittingly became part of a movie that was then made into some soft core porn. House has posters made of it, showing a ridiculous scene from the film, with Wilson as a sort of superhero. Wilson retaliates when he finds a book that House has been reading which is totally oppose to his stated views. Really a fun subplot.

    I LOVE THIS EPISODE!

Finally an episode in a TV show where they show you that looks matter the most in a relationship. The beginning of the episode when they were in that dating restaurant and Chase went home with dozen of girls despite him pretending to be extremely stupid and dull, which proved House and Wilson's point. 10/10 for being real and authentic.

    Nothing is private on Internet

Thank god! This episode brought everything back to normal. House has a case about a blogger who has some sickness. And the team has to figure it out. This wasn't stressful or filled with graphical scenes of human body. It was subtle and smooth. House is not just a genius medical doctor, he is also a smart man who can use his diagnostic skills at other places too which comes in handy. They left the fun part in middle. Good to see chase and Wilson pulling pranks on House for a change. House was getting on nerves of all his colleagues and well wishers. But this season he is a changed man. It is all good fun. The way he and Wilson are playing Tom and Jerry game is very entertaining. And in the course of it Wilson and us are able to understand House better. And it is fascinating. Beneath that hard, pretentious and metaphors is a man with a good heart who is a good friend and better human than he actually portrays. Amazing how even smallest of things can tell a lot about a man. Whether it is saving a colleague or helping a friend or becoming a villain to bring two brothers together. House has been awesome. And this episode Cuddy is back to normal unlike previous episode where should looked totally superficial and hard to like. Very enjoyable episode. Not great but definitely good one to watch.

    • Trivia
House is reading "The Golden Bowl" by Henry James, an intense study in marriage and adultery when Chase, Foreman, and Thirteen first inform him of the new patient's job and lifestyle.
    • Goofs
Chase says that he acted like a tosser which is a euphemistic expression for being rude and insufferable in British English. An Australian would not use the word tosser, rather wanker. Perjoratively they are equivalent phrases, but it is not the turn of phrase an Australian would use.
    • Quotes

Wilson lookalike in porn film: Be not afraid. The forest nymphs have taught me how to please a woman.

Dr. Gregory House: Be not afraid, Wilson. You took risks for your art.

Thirteen - Dr. Hadley: Be not afraid.

      Cafeteria cashier: Be not afraid.
