- The game contains several instances of crude and sexual content, including some graphic nudity. In the stage Sush' Em Up, players pilot a tanuki whose genitalia are exposed and jiggle while flying.

- In the Blizzard of Balls stage, Santa Claus appears as a midboss. After the player defeats him, players ride him as a sled as he leaves a trail of blood behind before his corpse gets impaled on a bed of spikes. Pretty graphic and disturbing.
