A mother and father are murdered and shown in a bathtub with blood all over them and bloody handprints on the wall. A man is impaled on a spike after a fall. His head falls forward onto the conference table and blood pours all over the table as the conference members finish their meeting. A paramedic tries to kill a patient in the ambulance with a scalpel. A facility is entered and security guards and other personnel are seen dead with bloody wounds.
