During the scene in which Tyler (Pattinson) storms into Charles' (Brosnan) office, in one shot Charles' suit jacket is unbuttoned to become buttoned up in a couple of shots.
During the earlier part of the film when Tyler (Robert Pattinson) is walking with Aiden (Tate Ellington) Tyler puts a piece of a sugar packet that he tore off in his mouth during one shot, yet when they cut to behind Tyler you can see the side of his face with no sugar packet in his mouth.
During the dinner scene with Ally, Tyler and Charles one minute Tyler has his wine glass in his hand, and the next shot the glass is on the table then back in his hand again. Then the last shot for that scened he takes a drink of the wine.
When Tyler is having dinner with his father and Ally, Ally is shown wearing a wide neckline red dress with no sign of a bra. In the next scene, when Tyler storms out of his apartment, and Ally is trying to open the jammed window to get some air, the black straps of her bra are completely visible.
In the scene when Tyler and Aidan are walking down the street with coffee, after Aidan is talking about how he sold a toothbrush. Tyler puts a cigarette in his lips, the camera changes to see Aidan speaking and the cigarette is gone, it then reappears in the next shot.
On the very first scene, after grabbing the purse from the woman, the villains board the subway train and the doors close for departure. Then somehow the doors open again so that a villain can shoot her.
Once the doors are closed in a subway, there is no way to open them manually without alerting the engine. But in this case, after the shooting, doors get closed, and without any investigation done as to why a door was opened, the train departs.
The movie takes place in summer 2001, but in one scene, there is a Ford cargo van that did not come out until 2009, and in another scene, a brand new Mercedes S-class.
The computer monitor in Charles's office is a Dell widescreen LCD monitor that would have been available around the time the movie was filmed. Dell only offered fullscreen LCD monitors before or at the time the movie took place.
