But disappointed in the end.
It was a childish movie with a very boring story and lame unfunny comedy.
Not worth watching at all.
The trailer depicted some Iron Man vibe in it but not even close. It was awful.

Secret Headquarters (2022) felt like a better version of the Spy Kids movies, because this had a concept that felt like a Spy Kids movie, but it was more entertaining than those movies.
I liked Walker Scobell as Charlie Kincaid and Owen Wilson as Jack Kincaid/The Guard; they had a good father and son dynamic, and you can get behind Charlie Kincaid when his dad must leave to save the day as a hero named The Guard.
There are funny moments and there are good looking effects. The tech and The Guard's hideout look cool with advanced technology that can do things like portals and 3D printing weapons and suits.
The action scenes happen in the 3rd act climax, and it does look cool and there can be funny moments during them. I liked that the kids would use the advanced tech for normal things like baseball, because you know you would have done the same thing if you were a kid finding this kind of stuff.
Secret Headquarters (2022) was a fun and entertaining movie that I can see families coming together and enjoying for a movie night.

To be honest, fell for the trailer, i was like this one ought to be a good one.
The moment it started till the very end, nothing, it offers nothing but just a worse superhero / ironman inspired movie.
Michael Peña, as funny bad guy, but that didnt work too, cause they forgot to add humor to the script after casting him.
Owen Wilson, well................... let's just forget about him
If you watch it, it will be okish, if you pass it on, nothing to loose.

I wanted to love it, being a fan of Owen Wilson, but he has a limited screen presence here. The kids are not the best of actors, and one is not likable. Some scenes demoted this movie from average to mediocre, unfortunately. But there are good parts, and it is fairly enjoyable, especially if you watch it with kids. But seriously, why should there always be a love interest in kids' movies!! I mean 14-year-olds should not be wasting 50% of their time thinking finding love at that age is critical to their survival in their culture. It sickens me such cliches and it adds nothing to the story or movie as a whole. I miss the old kids "coming of age" movies; they had more substance, even the Sci-Fi ones. Nevertheless, I recommend this one for tweens for a family night out.
This is a PG kids movie along the lines of Spy Kids so it should be rated as such. Had some laughs and the kids enjoyed it. It's a 7, The people comparing it to Iron Man should give their head a shake. It's a kids movie and not a bad one.
