Nib Nedal is the world's most notorious terrorist. At least he wants to be. But things take a turn for the absurdly hilarious when he botches a major assassination in Washington. Nib flees to South America where his most devoted disciple, Young Coconut, has to be convinced that they are not in Canada. With their clothes stolen by an intrepid French con artist, Nib and Coco go bananas cooking up a wild plot to destroy the human species. On an escapade that brings us from Buenos Aires to Cape Cod and Washington, their deliriums about power and tormented exploits with sex expose the warped psychology of clueless madmen.
