A woman is shown in a bathtub, her shoulders and upper chest are visible.

Violence & Gore

Severe
143 of 162 found this severe
In the opening scene of the film, an innocent bystander is struck and killed by a criminal's vehicle as it was attempting to elude a pursuing Judge. The Judge merely reports the accident without even slowing down and indicates his focus on using deadly force to stop the criminals.
R violence type: blood and gore.
Level of violence: 10/10. Extremely violent and gory.
Strong bloody violence.
The eye gouging scene may be seen as disturbing.
A door is blown open and we see several people shot in slow motion: one man is blown back from the force of the blast (we see the flesh on his abdomen and chest flutter from the force), another man is shot through the cheek and mouth (we see the bullet enter and exit taking tissue with it and leaving a bloody hole), another man is shot through the face leaving a gaping bloody wound (we see part of his teeth through the hole) and another through the abdomen (we see the bloody wound).
Three men are bound and are bloody from being beaten as a woman tells other men to "skin them and throw them off a balcony": the three already blood-soaked bodies flatten when they hit the ground (pedestrians scream and scatter).
Lots of blood, not for the faint hearted.
We see another glimpse of a man being flayed with a large knife and we hear the man yelling.
A man is shot in the mouth with a "hot shot" bullet which ignites inside his head like a road flare, melting his face off. We see the corpse on the floor with a smoldering hole in his head.

Profanity

Severe
97 of 145 found this severe
Pervasive language.
147 uses of the F-word (3 M-F), 11 uses of 'the S-word, 7 uses of 'b***h', 2 use of 'ass', and 1 use of 'whorin'g.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Moderate
64 of 136 found this moderate
There is a fictional drug called "slow mo" which makes you high when you take it and you makes everything feel like it is in slow motion.
Some cigarette smoking and beer bottles lay around.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

Severe
76 of 138 found this severe
Some of the violence may disturb viewers.
Tons of hyper-stylized yet bloody and gory shootouts and fights, some scenes of torture, and almost constant action throughout the entire runtime. Around 101 on screen deaths (about on par with a John Wick, Battle Royale, or The Raid movie). Violence is graphic and often brutal. Melds stylized colorful CGI blood and gore with practical effects. Not always realistic but very brutal grind-house style action.
