Marvel Studios ruled the cinematic landscape from 2008 until around 2019, thanks in no small part to the novelty of its shared universe, a concept every film studio tried and failed to mimic. Beginning with Jon Favreau's "Iron Man," the Marvel Cinematic Universe successfully propelled popular heroes and villains to the big screen, culminating with enormous blockbuster events in the form of "Avengers" movies, not to mention standout hits like Ryan Coogler's "Black Panther" and Jon Watts' "Spider-Man: No Way Home."
More impressively, the MCU made frequent use of the ultimate gimmick: cameos, often arising during mid-credit scenes, which usually introduced or teased new characters like Thanos (Josh Brolin) and the Collector (Benicio del Toro), who would often go on to play vital roles in later pictures. In fact, one could argue the MCU took off due to Samuel L. Jackson's surprising appearance as Nick Fury in "Iron Man.

For the first time since 2023's "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3," Marvel Studios and its head honcho, Kevin Feige, have a homegrown critical success, and, just maybe, a new Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise that can stand on its own. The jury's still out on the latter, but, as of now, "Thunderbolts*" is inarguably a hit with reviewers (88% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes) and moviegoers (who gave it an A- CinemaScore). Provided the movie holds well at the box office, the Feige fam should be downright stoked as they near the kickoff of their pivotal Phase Six launch, "The Fantastic Four: First Steps."
Still, six years after "Avengers" Endgame," it's amazing to see this once formidable franchise staggered by a series of misfires. Prior to 2021, second-guessing Marvel Studios was a fool's errand. Its miraculous run from 2008's "Iron Man" to 2019's "Avengers: Endgame" set a commercial franchise gold standard that may...

It began with 2008’s “Iron Man,” a film that introduced the world to Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark with the hint that he could be part of something greater. Over 30 films later, the story of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is still being told, albeit with various tributaries and detours that introduce new characters and new worlds that may or may not cross paths one day. Each film in the MCU stands on its own to some degree, but like building blocks, they all connect as part of one interconnected universe. And in that way, watching the Marvel movies in order tells one grand story.
There are a couple of different ways to watch the Marvel movies in order, but below we run down how to watch the MCU in chronological and release date order. Indeed, some films like “Captain Marvel” and “Captain America: The First Avenger” are full-on prequels...

How Much Did Robert Downey Jr. Really Earn From Marvel?(Photo Credit –Instagram)
Back in 2008, when Marvel took a big swing by casting Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark in Iron Man, few could have guessed how massively that decision would pay off for the studio and the actor himself. At the time, Downey was considered a risk. But as the Marvel Cinematic Universe exploded in popularity, so did Rdj’s earnings, thanks to smart negotiations and back-end profit deals.
Even though his run as Iron Man came to an emotional close in Avengers: Endgame (2019), rumors of a return never really faded. And now, as of April 2025, there’s confirmation that Downey will be back as Doctor Doom. Whether he’s playing a hero or a villain, one thing’s clear: Marvel isn’t quite done with their golden boy. So, how much did Rdj actually earn for donning the...

Revenge of the Sith has officially wrapped up its re-release, and the final film in the Star Wars prequel trilogy found immense success at the box office. After grossing $25.4 million at the box office this weekend, Hayden Christensen’s Star Wars movie then earned $2.4 million on Monday and $2.7 million on Tuesday at the domestic box office. At the time of writing, the film sits at a domestic total of $410 million and an international total of $485 million, helping its global total reach $896 million. This $410 million domestically is enough to push Revenge of the Sith past Iron Man 3 to become one of the 30 highest-grossing sequels ever. It will likely pass Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness when the final numbers come in, but possibly fall short of Toy Story 3.
It’s unclear at this time if any additional screenings for Revenge of the Sith will be added, but after it’s performed so well,...

Thunderbolts* is just days away from its theatrical release and things are looking good. The movie is on track for a strong box office performance, and it has earned a decent Rotten Tomatoes score with its first reviews. But, director Jake Schreier has landed himself in hot water after revealing his creative process and explaining one of the dark inspirations behind the movie. The titular team, which includes Red Guardian (David Harbour), US Agent (Wyatt Russel), Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh), and Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen), must face down Sentry (Lewis Pullman), one of the McU's strongest villains to date. But the inspiration behind his powers came from a very disturbing place, and fans aren't happy.
During a recent interview with Collider, Jake Schreier discussed the inspiration behind Sentry's Void powers, which turn people into shadows splattered across the floor. The scenes where Sentry uses his powers in the trailer are terrifying,...

Guy Pearce. The man, the myth, the heartthrob. You know him from Memento and The King’s Speech, stealing scenes like it’s his day job. But what’s the scoop off-screen? Married? Kids? Oh, and did someone spot a sneaky wedding ring in his hand?
Before you dive into another rewatch of LA Confidential, let’s talk about the actor’s love life. Pearce has been through it all: a decades-long marriage, a shocking split, and now, a rock-solid romance with a co-star you probably binge-watched on HBO (Game of Thrones).

And if you think that’s all, wait until you hear how becoming a dad flipped his world upside down. But still got fans questioning his relationship status. Spotted on the red carpet with a suspicious silver ring, he has us all playing detective. Stick around as we dig into his past, present,...

Most of Marvel Studios’s films are the cinematic equivalent of breadcrumbs, which have been dropped into theaters strategically so as to keep one looking for the next sequel or crossover, when the endless televisual exposition will eventually, theoretically yield an event of actual consequence. Occasionally, however, a Marvel film transcends this impersonality and justifies one’s patience. Weird, stylish, and surprisingly lyrical, Ant-Man, Iron Man 3, and Doctor Strange attest to the benefits of the old Hollywood-style studio system that Marvel has resurrected: Under the umbrella of structure and quota is security, which can bequeath qualified freedom. On the occasion of the release of Thunderbolts*, here’s a ranking of every film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) to date. Chuck Bowen

Memento tells the story of Leonard Shelby, a man trying to solve his wife’s murder while grappling with short-term memory loss after a violent home invasion. The attack left Leonard unable to form new memories, so he relied on tattoos, notes, and photos to track down the killer.
But here’s the twist: Leonard has already found his revenge. His condition, however, traps him in an endless cycle of forgetting and rediscovering, unknowingly creating a puzzle he can never escape.

At its peak, the cinema market in China was worth hundreds of millions to Hollywood studios. We look at its rise and sudden fall.
One year after it earned Oscar nominations and box office glory in America, 1993’s The Fugitive found an audience in a more unexpected territory: China. At the time, it was unheard of for a relatively new Hollywood film to get a release in the country’s cinemas, but The Fugitive had broken through, playing in several major Chinese cities and selling hundreds of thousands of tickets.
The LA Times quoted one local cinema manager as saying that people were going back to see the Harrison Ford thriller multiple times; there were also reports of scalpers trying to sell tickets for twice their face value.
As pointed out in a 2018 feature published by We Minored In Film, however, there was a reason why The Fugitive made its...

Failure is the stepping stone to success, but we haven’t thought that even Hollywood’s juggernauts like Brad Pitt, Robert Downey Jr., and Keanu Reeves would occasionally stumble while climbing the ladder of stardom? Back in the early ‘90s, a $152 million action-packed ride called Backdraft beckoned these iconic actors with the lure of an adrenaline-fueled lead role.
Didn’t we all assume that the path to their success was a bed of roses? Alas, the auditions were a doozy, and the trio found themselves in the unusual position of watching William Baldwin snag the role instead. Makes us wonder if failure, in Tinseltown, is just another rite of passage, like bad haircuts in high school.

After the success of Daredevil: Born Again, everyone hopes that the Marvel Cinematic Universe will keep its momentum with the release of Thunderbolts*. The upcoming team-up movie will shine the spotlight on some of Marvel's most flawed characters, all of whom have done horrible things in their past. But while this team of misfits seems to be the perfect recipe for disaster, the movie's early reactions have been anything but.
Some are calling it Marvel's best movie in recent memory, others highlight its emotional story, and everyone praises Florence Pugh's performance. Oh, and there also appear to be some shocking post-credits scenes added to the mix as well.
Expectations couldn't be any higher heading into the Thunderbolts* premiere. But while Marvel has caught lightning in a bottle yet again with an unlikely team-up of "heroes", it seems the titular roster was set to be very different in the very early stages of development.

Movie trilogies hold a special place in cinematic history, don’t they? There’s something magical about a story told perfectly across three films. When filmmakers nail this delicate balance, they create something truly special that resonates with audiences for generations.
Think about it – a trilogy gives creators enough room to develop complex characters and storylines without overstaying their welcome. It’s like the Goldilocks of film franchises – not too short, not too long, but just right. While Hollywood has churned out countless trilogies throughout film history, some have carved out legendary status that keeps fans coming back for countless rewatches.

The MCU team-up movie, Thunderbolts*, would have featured a famous Marvel monster that MCU fans have been waiting to see return for nearly three years, had director Jake Schreier gotten his way. Thunderbolts* has had its world premiere in London and is only ten days away from kicking off the 2025 summer movie season. The team consists of various anti-heroes from across the MCU, including Yelena Belova, The Winter Soldier, Red Guardian, U.S. Agent, Ghost, and Taskmaster. However, the team almost got a bit of a power boost from a particular monster.

The Mandalorian creator and Iron Man director Jon Favreau has addressed a possible multiverse return as Foggy Nelson in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The versatile actor and filmmaker portrayed the character opposite Ben Affleck's Man Without Fear in 2003's Daredevil.
Favreau, who currently plays Happy Hogan in the MCU, discussed the prospect at this year's Star Wars Celebration with Cbr's Grae Drake. Asked if anyone at Marvel had talked to him about a multiverse return as Matt Murdock's closest confidant, Favreau responded, "That's right, I play a number [of Marvel characters]. Happy Hogan, Foggy. I was in with the other Daredevil [Charlie Cox] as Happy [in Spider-Man: No Way Home]. It's a lot to keep track of."
Though unlikely, Favreau reprising the role of Foggy cannot be completely ruled out and may hinge on Affleck's potential return as Daredevil in perhaps Avengers: Secret Wars. Jennifer Garner, who first appeared as Elektra Natchios in the 2003 Daredevil film,...

If there’s one actor who defined the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it’s Robert Downey Jr. When Iron Man (2008) hit theaters, no one could have predicted that a once-risky casting choice would turn into the foundation of a multibillion-dollar franchise. Not every great movie gets the love it deserves. A box office flop, however, doesn’t always mean the film is bad – or that it did not recover some money, at least. Guy Pearce knows this better than most.
While he’s delivered memorable performances in everything from classics like Memento to blockbusters like Iron Man 3, many of his best films have flopped commercially. For all his ability to disappear into complex roles, here’s a countdown of ten Guy Pearce films that, despite their box office misfortune, deserve your attention.

Steph Curry isn’t used to missing — though he was never much one for twos.
Peacock has canceled mockumentary Mr. Throwback, NBA superstar Curry’s acting debut (Ok, so he played himself on HBO’s Ballers once) and the first scripted, live-action series produced by his Unanimous Media banner, after just one season. The cancellation is due to a lack of viewership, The Hollywood Reporter is told, not quality.
Mr. Throwback debuted to a pretty strong reception (although THR‘s review contended it “Never quite lives up to Curry’s charm or pedigree.”). The six-episode season one has an 86 percent rating among TV critics on Rotten Tomatoes and is at 80 percent with the audience. (Among “Top Critics,” it’s at 67 percent, lower but still “Fresh,” though that only accounts for six reviews — a relatively small sample size.)

Vin Diesel is undeniably known for his role as Dominic "Dom" Toretto in the Fast and Furious franchise, but he has flirted with many other franchises, including XXX, The Chronicles of Riddick, and even the MCU. One of his recent projects that should've kicked off a new franchise is becoming a new hit on streaming.
In 2020, Diesel starred in Bloodshot, the adaptation of the Valiant Comics character of the same name. Somewhere across the multiverse, Robert Downey Jr. isn’t saving the world—he’s threatening it. Wild, right? Especially now that the Marvel Cinematic Universe is one of the most unstoppable forces in Hollywood. But rewind the clock, and you’ll find a time when Marvel Studios rolling the dice on its own films was seen as a massive risk.
What’s even more surprising? Long before the MCU became the cultural juggernaut it is today, there were plans for Iron Man to be more than just Tony Stark’s origin story.

After The White Lotus Season 3, every Marvel fan would be thinking the same thing: Why did MCU waste Walton Goggins in such a minor role? Goggins played the secondary antagonist, Sonny Burch, a low-level criminal in Ant-Man and the Wasp. While the second Ant-Man film is not so bad, Goggins’ Sonny was one of the forgettable parts of the movie.
The actor’s portfolio spoke volumes about his acting range, but Marvel just used him as a villain to run the subplot. He wasn’t a menacing villain but one who always became the butt of the joke. His plan to steal and sell Pym’s technology on the black market only posed a minor inconvenience for the heroes in the film.

It’s hard to believe, but both Luther Sloan and Death are turning 75 years old. Well, truth be told, they may not be, but the man who played both is. The talented character actor William Sadler will celebrate his 75th birthday on April 13.
Sadler memorably portrayed the wily and secretive Section 31 operative Luther Sloan in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episodes “Inquisition,” “Inter Arma Emin Silent Leges,” and “Extreme Measures.” Section 31, of course, went on to also figure prominently in subsequent Star Trek productions, most recently the Michelle Yeoh vehicle, Star Trek: Section 31. Sloan died by suicide in “Extreme Measures,” which premiered on May 19, 1999, during DS9’s seventh and final season.
During an interview with StarTrek.com in 2010, that he likened Sloan to Oliver North, a soldier and National Security Council staffer who, in the 1980s, became embroiled in what is referred to as the Iran-Contra Affair. “(Sloan) does what needs to be done,...

If there is one thing The Fantastic Four: First Steps does differently than its other film adaptations, it's its choice of villain. In this upcoming MCU feature, Galactus, played by Ralph Ineson, will face our group of heroes instead of Doctor Doom. According to the film's director, Matt Shakman, this decision was intentional, as the film aims to do something different.
In a recent interview, Shakman expressed his appreciation for Doctor Doom but believes this Fantastic Four feature doesn't need him. He noted that other adaptations tend to focus on this particular villain, and he wants to tackle this superhero team with a "fresh perspective."
"Doom's a great character, but he takes up a lot of air. Other film adaptations have done both an origin story and Doom. We're doing neither, and that allows us to look at them from a fresh perspective."

Jenna Ortega’s departure from the iconic Scream franchise disappointed millions of fans. Especially as she stunned the audience with her performance in Scream 5 and 6 consecutively.
Although the reason behind her exit from Scream 7 was initially thought to be scheduling conflicts, the truth is actually deeper than that. Interestingly, though, after recent reports, her decision to quit seems like a wise choice.

David Corenswet’s Superman and Pedro Pascal’s The Fantastic Four are two of the biggest releases of the year. Both films aim for nothing short of a billion dollar in box office revenue from the global market. However, Donald Trump’s tariff policies might put a dent in those plans. China has reportedly come up with retaliatory measures to Trump’s threat to increase the U.S. tariff on Chinese imports.
Trump imposed 54 percent tariffs on all Chinese goods, and China retaliated with a pledge of a 34 percent increase in tariffs to meet the U.S. tariff rates. The U.S. has threatened to impose a 50 percent additional levy, bringing the U.S. tariff on Chinese imports to 104 percent.

After eight full weekends in theaters, things are finally slowing down at the box office for Captain America: Brave New World. Anthony Mackie’s big-screen debut as the Star-Spangled Man has earned $199 million at the domestic box office and $213 million internationally for a total of $412 million worldwide. While this is enough to make it one of the three highest-grossing movies of the year globally and the #1 movie domestically, it doesn’t hold up so well against the rest of the MCU. Brave New World has earned less than half the box office total of 17 MCU movies, and it is currently the sixth-lowest-grossing MCU movie ever. Brave New World has passed only The Marvels, The Incredible Hulk, Captain America: The First Avenger, Black Widow, and Eternals.

A few weeks ago, I was watching a video essay from a YouTube channel called DanBoyWonder titled “The Lost Art of Action Cartoons!,” which basically stated that we aren’t getting action-oriented shows like Batman: The Animated Series, Ben 10, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Teen Titans, Swat Kats, Gargoyles, Samurai Jack, Justice League, etc., any more. He argued that recent reboots of older animated shows or the overall landscape of animated shows made in America is really bland. He did say that stuff like Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man and Invincible are decent but not as amazing as the stuff from the good old days. And you know what? I almost agreed with him. But then I realized that any discourse on the current state of American animation is incomplete without bringing up the work that Adi Shankar and his collaborators have done in this space. Castlevania’s four-season run is spectacular.

WandaVision concluded with the original Vision, rebuilt by S.W.O.R.D. to do as they command, attempting to kill Wanda Maximoff and his Hex double. The latter seemingly restored his doppelganger's memories during their clash, prompting the presumably emotionless "White Vision" to fly away to parts unknown.
Marvel Studios and Marvel Television will continue that story in Disney+'s upcoming Vision series, and there's a great deal of intrigue surrounding the project.
We know that James Spader will return as Ultron, while it's been widely reported that the Disney+ series will adapt elements of West Coast Avengers and Tom King's Vision series. There have even been rumblings that we'll see James D'Arcy and Kerry Condon play human versions of Edwin Jarvis and F.R.I.D.A.Y.

Tracy Letts is looking to avenge his wife Carrie Coon after her MCU salary dispute. Letts, who is an actor and playwright, said during “The Big Picture” podcast (via People) that “The White Lotus” star Coon was asked to reprise her voiceover and motion capture role of Proxima Midnight for “Avengers: Endgame.” However, Marvel was not going to increase Coon’s salary even after the success of 2018’s “Avengers: Infinity War.”
“I believe [Marvel] went to her for the second one, and they asked her to be in the second one,” Letts said. “And she said, ‘Well, the first one is the most successful movie ever made. Are you going to pay me any more money?’ And they said, ‘No. We’re not going to pay you any more money.’”
Letts continued, “She said, ‘Wow, you’re not going to pay me any more money, then I don’t think I’m going to do it.

One of the writers onCaptain America: Brave New World is pushing back against some of the negative reviews the movie has received. Captain America: Brave New World opened in theaters on Feb. 14, 2025 and was certainly not the big start to 2025 that Marvel Studios was likely hoping for, as it garnered a 48% rotten rating on Rotten Tomatoes — making it only the third MCU film to get a rotten rating alongside 2021's Eternals (47%) and 2023's Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (46%). For what it's worth, the audience's reaction was mixed with positivity.
Speaking with The Direct, screenwriter Rob Edwards explained why he thinks critics missed the market on Captain America: Brave New World. Edwards is one of five credited screenwriters on the fourth Captain America movie, and also has a story by credit in the film. Since things haven’t been looking so good for the Marvel Cinematic Universe over the last few months, it seems as if Kevin Feige is playing it extra safe when it comes to Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars. With stakes this high, Kevin Feige is looking for 0% risk and 100% blockbuster magic, and he is roping in Marvel Studios’ Og editor for the job.

Despite unveiling a massive cast for Avengers: Doomsday filled with some big names from across the Avengers, X-Men, and Fantastic Four rosters, some glaring omissions hint that Marvel Studios might have listened to a loud segment of its audiences and are making the same mistake that Lucasfilm did with Star Wars. For five hours, Marvel fans worldwide tuned into a live stream where a series of chairs were revealed, and a cast member for the highly anticipated Avengers movie was announced. As absurd as it may sound, fans waited to see what name would be confirmed.
Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart reprising their roles from the X-Men film series were just a few big headlines. Some significant names were missing, like Tom Holland's Spider-Man, Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange, and Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool. Johnny Depp was one of Disney’s most profitable actors, thanks to his work with the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. However, Depp has had his fair share of flops with the House of Mouse, among which The Lone Ranger stands with quite some discourse around it.

The Lone Ranger was a film with a great example of Bob Iger’s tentpole strategy. The CEO told Variety it was a sound tactic that Disney wished to employ time and time again. This is also visible in a more recent film like Snow White, which similarly looks to shock and awe the audience with said strategy, as is signaled by its big budget, big actors, and big production.

Gwyneth Paltrow has firmly quashed any rumors of a “beef” with Meghan Markle.
The Duchess of Sussex is rolling out a lifestyle brand, drawing instant comparisons to Paltrow’s Goop and sparking chatter about a Markle vs. Paltrow face-off.

Although highly regarded as a theater star -- he earned a Tony nomination in 2006 for "Awake and Sing!" and just returned years later to Broadway in "The Price" -- Mark Ruffalo is for most people a bona fide movie star. For his film performances, he has been nominated for three Oscars, two Golden Globes and four Screen Actors Guild Awards, winning one as part of the ensemble cast of "Spotlight" in 2015.
These days, however, Ruffalo's greatest fame is largely thanks to his being part of the Marvel universe, having taken over the roles of Dr. Bruce Banner and The Hulk in 2012's "Marvel's The Avengers." After a cameo performance in 2013's "Iron Man 3," Ruffalo's Hulk also appeared in "Avengers: Age of Ultron" in 2015, "Thor: Ragnarok" in 2017 and the final "The Avengers" movies.

The entertainment industry chews up and spits out child stars like they're tough pieces of jerky (look at how "iCarly" actor Jennette McCurdy disappeared from Hollywood for instance). Resultantly, it's surprising when these young prodigies survive Tinsel Town's subliminal hit jobs and go on to have successful careers as adults. Jenna Ortega is one of the few who made it in this regard. She cut her teeth on everything from the soapie "Days of Our Lives" to the it-must-have-been-a-fever-dream "Richie Rich" series on Netflix. Then, she ascended to the lead in Disney's "Stuck in the Middle" and an important supporting role in season 2 of the I'm-certain-it's-a-"Gossip Girl"-prequel "You."
For Ortega, her acting career has only been on a meteoric rise, as she continues to grow in popularity and feature in bigger TV shows and movies, such as "Wednesday" and "Scream." But how do we determine and rank her best projects?...

Gwyneth Paltrow has had an impressive and varied acting career, but she'll always be Pepper Potts to comic book fans. The actor made her MCU debut in 2008's Iron Man and has since appeared in an additional six Marvel Studios movies.
Those are Iron Man 2, The Avengers, Iron Man 3, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame. Paltrow, however, doesn't remember too many of them.
"That can't be right. I can’t have been in seven. Is that true?" she wondered in the video below before suggesting at least some of her confusion stems from Marvel Studios' secretive nature. "They keep it all very top secret. They think they’re the CIA over there, like it’s national secrets."
"That’s why I didn’t know I was in 'Spider-Man.' They never said. There were no signs that said Spider-Man. The script didn’t even say Spider-Man.

"That’s why I didn’t know I was in 'Spider-Man.' They never said. There were no signs that said Spider-Man. The script didn’t even say Spider-Man.

Jenna Ortega has gained widespread attention after her breakout role in the Netflix series Wednesday. She has been in the industry for quite some time and has been taking on roles since she was a kid. She was one of the main characters in the Disney Channel series Stuck in the Middle, playing Harley Diaz.
I won’t blame you if you didn’t recognize her from any of this and instead were introduced to the American actress via the popular TikTok video that made rounds on the internet—the iconic scene from Wednesday where she dances to Lady Gaga’s Bloody Mary. However, with her rising popularity, there was speculation that she might star in a Marvel movie, mainly due to Marvel’s reputation for casting up-and-coming actors.

Gwyneth Paltrow recently reflected on her long career, including her long run as Pepper Potts in the MCU. She first stepped into the role in 2008 with “Iron Man,” a film that launched the MCU. Since then, she has appeared as Pepper in six more movies, a fact that caught her off guard during the interview. “That can’t be right. I can’t have been in seven. Is that true?” she said, genuinely shocked.
Looking back at “Iron Man,” Paltrow shared how much she enjoyed the experience. “We had so much fun on this movie. It felt like an independent movie,” she explained. She worked closely with director Jon Favreau and co-star Robert Downey Jr., spending mornings in Favreau’s trailer improvising scenes.
“Jon [Favreau], Robert [Downey Jr.] and I improvised all day every day. There was a lot of rewriting,” she recalled. This casual approach was unusual for a big action film,...

Pepper Potts actor Gwyneth Paltrow looks back on her seven-movie MCU journey. Gwyneth Paltrow's Pepper Potts is one of the first characters ever introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Pepper made her MCU debut in Iron Man, after which she appeared in Iron Man 2, The Avengers, Iron Man 3, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame. Notably, Pepper Potts fought Aldrich Killain in Iron Man 3's final battle, and she participated in Avengers: Endgame's crowded final battle wearing her Rescue battle armor, designed by Tony Stark.

Netflix giveth, and Netflix taketh away. For every film, there is a season - and those can creep up on you pretty quickly when it comes to streaming services.
Netflix is constantly adding new content to its servers, as you know. As I'm currently shelling out $38.55 every month, I feel that Netflix could afford to add a few thousand terabytes of storage just from my payment.
Yet here we are, losing great content just as fast as we get the new stuff. Listen, if it means getting a new Knives Out flick, I'll gladly give up The Ridiculous 6. But no, that abomination will likely be the last thing ever streamed by the robots and the lizard people when our sun becomes a red giant and utterly consumes the planet. But the good stuff, that's the stuff we lose. The clock is ticking on three of the best movies that may...

Jenna Ortega isn’t looking to join the MCU any time soon — especially after an uncredited role in “Iron Man 3.”
The “Wednesday” actress told Et in the video here that she has been there, done that when it comes to the MCU, even if her role in the 2013 franchise installment was uncredited.
“I did it once,” Ortega said when asked if she would want to be in a Marvel film. “It was one of my first jobs I ever did. They took all my lines out. I’m in ‘Iron Man 3.’ I take up the frame. I have one leg. And I’m the vice president’s daughter.”
She added of the experience, “They even took my name away. I count that, and then I move on.”
Ortega’s “Death of a Unicorn” co-star and MCU “Ant-Man” actor Paul Rudd seemed flummoxed at how Ortega was uncredited in her bit part.
