Batman has seen various incarnations over the years, whether it be live-action or animation. The character remains one of the most beloved among the pantheon of DC heroes, and multiple stories surrounding the character continue to be adapted. One of the unique iterations of the character was 2018’s Batman Ninja, putting a Japanese spin to the character.

The animated film received mixed reviews from fans and did not garner much hype and excitement from general audiences. Now, a sequel has been announced titled Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League. Developers Channeled Their Inner Cowboy for the New Fortnite Gun
The TowHook Gun will appear in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 along with the return of the fan-favorite Minigun.
The players of another successful live service game called Helldivers 2 have been begging the developers to add a powerful minigun in the game. Still, Epic Games came up with multiple variations of the weapon on Fortnite.

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is widely celebrated for its intense depiction of a warrior’s journey through the Norse underworld. Released on August 8, 2017, this game dives deep into the harrowing experiences of its protagonist. Players experience the game from the titular character Senua’s perspective, a Celtic warrior grappling with her inner demons while traversing the Norse underworld.
The game’s realistic depiction of psychosis is both haunting and enlightening, reflecting extensive research and collaboration with mental health experts. This narrative interweaves her mental struggles with the mythology, presenting an authentic yet disturbing portrayal of her experiences.

Fortnite continues to maintain its popularity thanks to the creativity of the developers but some of their ideas are not for everybody. Players can now eliminate enemies with mounted weapons on vehicles and one famous streamer isn’t too fond of it and stands by his opinion.
Chapter 5 Season 3 featured a few changes that mostly involved the vehicles. These hunks of metal aren’t used solely for traversing the massive map but they are now capable of eliminating enemy players from afar or close range and Ninja is not a fan of this idea.

The God of War franchise has established itself as one of Sony’s flagship series since its debut in the mid-2000s. The series allows players to embody Kratos, a Spartan warrior whose tragic past and unquenchable rage drive him to challenge the gods themselves.
From the PlayStation 2 to modern consoles, each installment offers a unique experience. The franchise has also had its share of highs and lows over the years. Let’s look at how each game in the series stacks up, from the least impressive to the pinnacle of Kratos’ adventures.

And it opens like it stepped out of a time warp from the 1980s with an old-school pop song playing over a montage of scenes shot on the streets of New York City before taking us to the dojo where Michael Rivers is teaching his daughter Bree (Kira Kortenbach).

The launch of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 has created a rift in the gaming community and even among Xbox users. Ninja Theory’s sequel to the 2017 Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has been in development since 2019, a fact people are now using against the title for a variety of reasons.
Many feel this is a far too long development timeline for what the game has to offer: a five-hour campaign that is capped at 30Fps on consoles. However, Ninja Theory has gone for the quality over quantity approach, and it shares one aspect that makes the game truly stand out from its competitors.
Melina Juergens Delivers a Fantastic Performance in Hellblade 2 Melina Juergens brought her absolute best for Hellblade 2.
While gaming has always featured stellar stories and visuals, acting and performances are a very recent phenomenon. Motion capture was not possible for early games, and even now it is not adopted by every studio out there.

Yesterday, May 21, was the official release of Hellblade 2, the long-awaited Xbox exclusive that has become one of the real “next-gen” titles, according to some reviewers. However, like Dragon’s Dogma 2 at the beginning, the game has a core issue for players who want to play the title again: it automatically deletes your previous save to make room for the next new save that you are starting.
This has no real reason to be like this, because from years on, there is always a possibility to make several saves in a game if you want to begin again without affecting the save.
Hellblade 2 Should Make a Patch Soon for This Basic Problem Hellblade 2 does not have the option to make a new game without deleting the previous save.

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is going to be one of the biggest releases for Xbox this year. A sequel to Ninja Theory’s 2017 title, we will once again take on the role of Senua after her journey to the Norse underworld in an attempt to retrieve the soul of her lover.
On this journey, Senua, the Pictish warrior, challenged more than just the demons of Helheim. A compelling and touching tale of ostracization due to the mental illness Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice was an experience that many felt was lacking in the previous generation of consoles. Its sequel may set another such benchmark.

The gaming community is very excited about the release of Ninja Theory’s latest game, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II. Compared to its sequel, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice (2017), the second game is a massive upgrade. A lot of elements have been improved or added but there is something that Ninja Theory primarily focused on since day one: the combat.
Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II
In a recent interview, Ninja Theory Studio Head Dom Matthews explained how combat plays a key role in storytelling, making combat a part of the narrative. With this, the fighting sequences are expected to be much more engaging. Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II is coming to Windows and Xbox Series X/S on 21 May 2024.

As fans eagerly wait for Elden Ring‘s Dlc, Shadow of the Erdtree, another Soulslike game is coming to Xbox Game Pass this month: Lords of the Fallen (2023). Elden Ring indeed has a loyal and dedicated fanbase but Lords of the Fallen could potentially hurt its sales when the Dlc comes out in June 2024.
Lords of the Fallen
Developed by Hexworks and published by Ci Games, Lords of the Fallen received mixed-to-positive reviews at the time of its release and sold over one million units within 10 days after its release. Apart from this, 10 more games are coming to Xbox Game Pass this month, including Ninja Theory’s highly anticipated game, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II.

There’s no doubt that Hellblade 2’s arrival marks an important time in the gaming landscape. Ninja Theory’s upcoming game isn’t just your average single-player action-adventure title. It takes a deeper root in some complicated themes revolving around mental health issues and fully uses them for storytelling instead of outright ignoring them like many modern titles.
Like the original game, Ninja Theory is working hard to portray Senua’s mental state to the fullest, and the developers want to get every single detail just right this time as well. Even Melina Jurgens, who voices Senua, has opened up about her struggles and states, “we just don’t stop fighting” against mental health issues.

This article contains spoilers for X-Men ’97 episode 9.
Wolverine has always been a mystery, ever since he stalked the Hulk through the Canadian wilderness in his 1974 first appearance. Over the years, readers got occasional glimpses into his past, from his real name(s) to his shady black ops missions.
One of the most shocking reveals came in the aftermath to 1993’s X-Men #25, the climax of the crossover event Fatal Attractions, when an incensed Magneto ripped out Wolverine’s Adamantium skeleton.
X-Men ’97 has already run through some of the most important events in X-Men history, covering Inferno, Mutant Massacre, and E is for Extinction in the span of nine 22-minute episodes. But the series set up something much bigger when it pulled from Fatal Attractions in the penultimate episode of the first season, “Tolerance is Extinction Part Two.” By that episodes end, a desperate Magneto stops Wolverine the only way he knows how,...

Xbox’s upcoming first-party game, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2, is queued to finally be released this month. With the approaching date, Ninja Theory has finally revealed what kind of specs a PC player would require to even run the game, and some might find them to be absurd.
Hellblade 2 will be released May 21 on PC and Xbox Series S/X.
It has become a trend in recent times for game titles, especially Aaa, to be released without much optimization, and Hellblade 2 seems to take that a step further by demanding specifications that many players would consider ridiculous. It also explains why the information was kept hidden till now and has been finally announced just a few days before the launch.

Four years ago, Chad Wild Clay and Vy Qwaint had an idea.
They had spent well over a decade making videos on YouTube, building their kids’ entertainment brand, Spy Ninjas, to more than 44 million subscribers and 15 billion views across multiple channels. They’d launched legions of Spy Ninjas merch, signed a graphic novel deal with Scholastic, and designed their own mobile game.
It was time for something bigger.
“The reason we acquired the building was because we were filming our YouTube videos in Las Vegas,” Clay tells Tubefilter. “A lot of them, we film outside. It’s extremely hot. So we were filming fight scenes in 107-degree weather. We were like, ‘This is too hot. We need air conditioning!'”

The argument about a video game’s frame rate is age-old. Gamers have been discussing and talking about how a game runs on a particular system for a long time now. Ever since the arrival of the new consoles, the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X 30 Fps have become rarities. Yet the upcoming game Hellblade 2 would be stuck in 30 Fps mode.
The developers have talked in great detail about why this game would run like this. On the other hand, 2015’s hit open-world role-playing game Fallout 4 is soon getting a 60 Fps mode and a bunch of other next-gen exclusive features. This has raised a great question amongst gamers: what matters more, gameplay or cinematic visuals?

Since their debut in the 1980s, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have grown into a permanent fixture in popular culture. From their catchy theme song to the four anthropomorphic turtle brothers, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael, the franchise has touched the hearts of fans of all ages.
And now, with the news of a reboot on the horizon, Paramount has confirmed to be developing a live-action, R-rated film based on the gripping comic book miniseries Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin. So, who is in charge of guiding this vision?

When Ninja Theory embarked on creating Hellblade 2, they knew they would have to outdo the predecessor by a wide margin. That’s a pretty lofty goal since the first game garnered high praise from the community for its story and setting.

Hellblade 2 is scheduled for a May 21 2024 release but the game is already creating waves among fans. Recently, in an interview with the developers, fans got to know about the intricate thought processes behind the portrayal of psychosis.
Senua, the titular character in the first game Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, suffers from psychosis. While the game dealt with the matter in a way that was praised by both fans and critics, not everybody was a fan. Tameem Antoniades, co-founder of Ninja Theory, the development team behind the Hellblade saga, revealed that one Garland movie was one inspiration for the first game of this franchise.

Ninja Theory’s 2017 video game Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is cited as one of the best games of all time, but it would’ve never existed without director Alex Garland’s 2014 movie Ex Machina. Ninja Theory’s co-founder, Tameem Antoniades, once revealed that the movie, featuring Oscar Issac, inspired him to create the game.
Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
He explained that Garland told him the idea and he decided to create the video game in a similar manner with a small budget. The result was 2017’s Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, which follows Senua, a Pict warrior who must make her way to Helheim while overcoming challenges to rescue the soul of her dead lover from the goddess Hela.

Orochimaru was one of the most evil shinobi in the Naruto verse. He was the most talented out of the three Legendary Sannin, and Hiruzen Sarutobi expected great things of him. But instead of walking down the right path, he chose to seek vengeance on the Leaf Village and tried to destroy the village on multiple occasions.
He experimented on several human beings and created a faction from the Sound Village shinobi to carry out his missions. Orochimaru was fond of forbidden jutsu and was always on the lookout to decode those jutsu using experimentation. But later on, he left his evil ways behind. Fans believe him to be the prime reason why Jiraiya was not reanimated during the Fourth Great Ninja War.

Naruto has conquered the hearts of millions of fans worldwide. When the anime industry was slowly growing, Naruto made a massive leap towards worldwide popularity. While two-thirds of the Big Three of anime were making a name within the boundaries of Japan, Masashi Kishimoto’s name was sailing over the entire world. Naruto Uzumaki’s journey from a village outcast to a hero is quite commendable.
But when fans watched the anime for the first time, they could not control themselves from getting angry after seeing the treatment he received from the villagers. Even though the evil spirit of the Nine-Tails Fox was stored inside him, he was the son of the Fourth Hokage. He never got the respect he deserved. The fans believe it was all due to the third Hokage’s fault for not fulfilling the promise he made to Kushina.

Director Fumihiko Yasuda has revealed the games that served as an inspiration for Rise of the Ronin, his first-ever open-world game.
In a recent interview with Vgc, Yasuda mentioned he was playing games like Assassin’s Creed and Red Dead Redemption while conceptualizing Rise of the Ronin. The idea for developing an expansive open-world game while staying true to Team Ninja’s mastery in Ninja/ Samurai games was ruminating in Yasuda’s head around eight years ago.
While Team Ninja is popular for its high-stakes and fast-paced action games, Ronin is the developer’s first open-world title. In its previous titles, like Nioh and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Team Ninja focused on tight pacing, high-stakes, and parry-driven combat. It designed gameplay levels that would reflect and complement the developer’s focus on combat.

Team Ninja’s Rise of the Ronin is shaping up to be one of the best action titles of 2024. Here’s when you’ll be able to download and play it.
Rise of the Ronin is scheduled to be released on March 22 for PlayStation 5. The game will be available to play at midnight on that day in all supported global regions. While that technically means that you can use the New Zealand trick to play the game a little early, some PlayStation fans find that the workaround that the console requires isn’t always worth the effort.
Regardless, you will be able to pre-load Rise of the Ronin starting on March 15 if you’ve already purchased the game. It’s recommended that you install the game early if you are able to do so as Rise of the Ronin‘s initial file size is over 96 Gb. That’s not quite...

Solo Leveling is one of the greatest examples of peak fiction. The manhwa became massively popular, and the fans begged the creators to opt for an anime adaptation. They got their wish fulfilled when it was finally announced. But it was a long process, and on January 6, 2024, the anime aired its first episode. The online streaming sites crashed, and the anime reached new heights of popularity.
Initially, everyone loved the anime, but as time passed, people got to see the problem with the anime adaptation. Several aspects were adored by the fans, like the relationship build-up between Sung Jinwoo and Cha Hae-In. Adding these extra elements may have added layers to the story, but it forgot one of the crucial factors of the manhwa – unlimited action sequences.

Those of you who love martial arts movies and follow our JoBlo Original, Reel Action, on YouTube may have seen the recent spotlight we did on the Mark Dacascos 1993 capoeira movie, Only the Strong. While Only the Strong should have skyrocketed Dacascos to martial arts stardom, he would actually have an earlier credit with a smaller role in a film called American Samurai, which starred David Bradley of the American Ninja sequels. American Samurai would come from the director of many Ninja-related movies, Sam Firstenberg, for the infamous once-upon-a-movie studio, Cannon Films. Sam Firstenberg was a director who the studio often collaborated with, but American Samurai would be the first movie that Cannon took their famous scissors to and alter the film against the director’s vision.
A group on Facebook called The Official Restoration of American Samurai has been established with some news for fans of the film and genre.

The PlayStation 3 era showcased the talent of first-party developers in terms of content, they came out swinging right out of the gate and put out some genre-defining hits.

It can’t be denied that as far as martial arts movies go, the best ones come from Asia, particularly Hong Kong during their action heyday, which was arguably the 70s, 80s and first half of the ’90s. That said, martial arts movies were also making a foothold in the States at the time, thanks mainly to Bruce Lee-mania following the release of Enter the Dragon. Before that movie, very few actors in Hollywood seemed like they were credible martial artists, except maybe James Coburn, a student of Lee’s, who pulled off some pretty good-looking moves in the otherwise silly Our Man Flint movies. Steve McQueen also had training but didn’t use martial arts on screen.
Up to then, though, the most notable uses of martial arts in movies usually revolved around Judo, with James Cagney showing off some good moves in the film Blood on the Sun,...

With a title like Ninja vs Shark you might think this is another Mark Polonia film along the lines of Sharkula or Shark Encounters of the Third Kind. Or maybe one of the more bizarre Chinese kaiju films such as Land Shark. But you’d be wrong, it’s actually a Japanese film written by Junichiro Ashiki and directed by Kôichi Sakamoto.
During Japan’s Edo Period, Sayo, a pearl diver from the village of Okitsu, swims back to shore only to find the remains of one of her fellow divers washed up on the beach. This has been happening a lot since Lord Koshiro Mizuchi of the Crimson Devil Clan demanded the villagers hand over their pearls to him. When they refused he used sorcery to turn the sharks into living weapons.

David Ayer's 2016 DC Comics film "Suicide Squad" is a horrendous mess. It started with an interesting enough premise -- imprisoned supervillains are teamed up and forced to perform morally dubious acts of heroism in exchange for lighter sentences -- but the story wasn't clear and the editing was atrocious. Many were keen to see Will Smith play the supervillain Deadshot, while others were fond of Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, but few were pleased with Ayer's vision of the Joker (Jared Leto) -- an updated, tattooed fiend who resembled Ninja from Die Antwoord more than he did any of the previous comic book iterations of the character.
The editing process for "Suicide Squad" was notoriously hellish. The film's first editor, John Gilroy, left the project early on and had to pass editing duties to the uncredited Oscar winner Lee Smith (who cut several of Christopher Nolan's movies). Infamously,...
