Zac Efron will star in the “Three Men and a Baby” remake for Disney+, an individual with knowledge of the project told TheWrap.
The original 1987 film starred Tom Selleck, Steve Guttenberg and Ted Danson as New York bachelors who find themselves caring for a love child of one of them. It was based on the 1985 French film “Trois hommes et un couffin” (“Three Men and a Cradle”). Leonard Nimoy directed the film, which became the first live-action Disney film to cross the $100 million mark at the domestic box office.
A sequel, “Three Men and a Little Lady,” was released in 1990.

Like many of you, I’ve been stuck at home for months. The furthest I’ve travelled is a few miles from my house, and I’m getting real tired of the same old scenery. As such, I’m incredibly jealous of Zac Efron, whose new Netflix show Down to Earth sees him happily gallivanting around several exotic locations. He’s joined by “superfood hunter,” supplement formulator and environmental activist Darin Olien, and the pair will showcase their explorations of healthy and sustainable ways of living, inspired by various communities from across the planet.
Now, Netflix has released some pictures from the show and in them we see Efron looking at some bees, rolling dough, having smoke blown on him and happily frolicking in the sea – and I’ll admit, he looks good doing all of it.

It’s being reported today that Zac Efron received quite a scare recently as the actor was rushed to a hospital with a deadly, life-threatening infection earlier this week.
From what we understand, the Baywatch star contacted “a form of typhoid or similar bacterial infection” while in Papua New Guinea, where he’s currently shooting his new series Killing Zac Efron, which sees him venturing “deep into the jungles of a remote, dangerous island to carve his own name in expedition history.” During filming, he became quite sick and had to be airlifted to Brisbane then rushed to St. Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital in Spring Hill, a suburb close by.
If not treated properly, typhoid can indeed be life-threatening and is certainly something that needs to be addressed immediately. Thankfully for Efron, doctors were able to give him the proper medical attention and he’s apparently now back home...
