- As a man goes to retrieve his clothing, his buttocks are visible.

- A woman is stabbed through the neck with a pair of blades. A man is stabbed through the chest from behind. A young woman is shot in the back by a pair of arrows. These shots have been used previously in the series, but are extended to give the audience a better view of the attacker.
- A young man is being questioned in a torture chamber. The location has a noticeable amount of blood on the floor, on background objects, and on a pair of hooks hanging from the ceiling.
- A young man is tortured for information. A woman uses a metal hook to cut open a gash across the man's chest. The woman then pierces the side of the man's neck with the hook, and pulls on his skin.
- An animated skeleton has its lower jaw fall off.
- An animated skeleton is pulled in half, falling to pieces.
- A man dives onto an animated skeleton elbow first. Bits and pieces of the skeleton are thrown into frame from the impact.
- A young woman describes being shot by arrows and being left behind to bleed out while we see it happen.
- A rat is seen after it has been splashed with acid. The acid has eaten away down to the rat's skull, and its lower half has been eaten away leaving it without hind legs.

- Several people enter a room, which contains a few moderate size piles of a white substance. A man declares the location to be a "drug factory" before running to pick up a handful of the white substance and asking if anyone has a pipe. Another man stops the first from doing anything with the white substance, stating that taking it would be "an unpleasant trip".

- After swimming through acid, a man asks if "Mr. Winky" is still there, referencing his genitals. He is assured that they are still present.
Violence & Gore
- A man attempts to use a gun to execute an unarmed female prisoner that's locked in a jail cell. His aim is thrown off by an individual attempting to stop him, causing him to just graze the prisoner in the shoulder, leaving some blood on the wall behind her.
- A man picks up an animated skeleton with each of his hands and smashes them together overhead. The skeletons shatter into pieces that rain down on the man while he laughs with joy.
- A woman slaps a man that is dazed by recent revelations and not paying attention to the dire situation they are in.
- A man swims though acid. As he does so, several wounds open up across his body and he begins to bleed from his eyes.
- A man is healed after his encounter with acid. Several open wounds across his body are seen bleeding before they close themselves.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A woman attempts to use magic to reveal what's wrong with a man. When she does so, the man appears to be enveloped in smoke and flame. Through this his eyes appear to glow, and his mouth is replaced with a jagged glowing line. A clawed hand of smoke reaches out and grabs the woman by the wrist. The glowing face attempts to bite the camera as a jump scare that ends the moment.
- A woman mentions that she will need a blood sacrifice for a ritual she wishes to perform.
