The film was supposed to be released between 2006 and 2008 but was put on hold and eventually cancelled. This is possibly due to the fact that Marlon Brando died while the movie was still in production, even though Brando's character only appeared in 3 scenes and he recorded all his lines in one day, so the reason the film was never released is unknown.
