When Pat and Tiffany are discussing Nikki's reply letter in Tiffany's apartment, Pat's necklace medallion changes position several times. It alternates from under his collar, over it and then on the back of his collar when he walks away from her.
When Pat talks to Nikki at the end and Tiffany leaves the hotel, she is wearing black leggings, but she was still wearing the white dance suit when she stormed off.
During one of the Eagles games early in the movie, it is said the Eagles are beating the Seahawks 27-10. Later in the movie as Jennifer Lawrence is reciting all of the good results since she and Bradley Cooper have been together, she mentions the Eagles beat the Seahawks 14-7. The Eagles actually won that game 26-7.
At the hotel dance scene, before the dance, Pat and Tiffany are walking and holding hands. When they get to the top of the stairs they have switched sides, holding the opposite hands of each other.
On the night after the Giants game, the characters argue about betting on the final game of the season against the Cowboys. One of the characters mentions that the point spread is one-and-a-half, although this takes place seven weeks before the Cowboys game and there would be no point spread yet.
The closing credits acknowledge the Budweiser products of Anheuser-Busch brewery, but the company is misspelled to read "Annheuser."
When Tiffany tells Pat Sr. the scores of the Eagles and Phillies games, she says the Eagles beat the Falcons 27-10, and the Phillies beat Tampa Bay 10-2, which is true. But both games took place on October 26th. It was Halloween on that day in the movie, which was actually on Friday in 2008. The Phillies had already won the World Series. Halloween was the day of their parade.
When Pat and Tiffany talk about medications they've taken in the past, they pronounce "trazodone" with a long "a" sound. The drug's name is actually said with a short "a."
Dance competitions have strict rules as to who qualifies and there are different tiers along the way. It is inconceivable that Pat and Tiffany who have no experience and have never competed are allowed in a professional competition.
At the end on the road before they kiss, Tiffany says "You let me lie to you for a week?" when in reality he would have known at least a month, since the night of the Giants game. However, Pat didn't tell her WHEN he figured out she lied to him - he said he'd written his own letter a week ago, so Tiffany figured he didn't know about it before then.

When Pat takes his first dose of medicines at home in the kitchen he has a Seroquel 100 mg tablet and a capsule of generic ranitidine (compare to Zantac) 150 mg by Apotex, used for blocking histamine 2 receptors to reduce acid levels in the stomach. The capsule is likely meant to lead the viewer to believe it is lithium carbonate.
When Pat has his bi-polar meltdown while looking for his wedding video between 3 and 4 in the morning, his parents wake up and immediately start talking to him with bright, wide-open eyes and unslurred speech.

Right at the end when Danny is speaking to Pat's mum about putting the food in breadcrumbs and garlic the camera angle changes and his mouth isn't moving but you can still hear him talking.
Near the end of the film, Danny's mouth does not move when asking Dolores a question about her recipe. The lines were dubbed in after filming the scene.
When Veronica is boasting about having a portal in every room, enabling them to plug in an iPod and play music in every room, she questions everyone saying, "Who doesn't have an iPod?" As she says this, Pat's voice can be heard saying, "Well, I don't have an iPod. I don't even have a phone." Seconds later when she has finished asking the question, Pat says it again.

The Llanerch Diner is in Upper Darby, PA - about 10 miles from their homes in Ridley Park. It's unlikely Pat and Tiffany would have walked there for their date.
When Tiffany runs out of the Llanerch Diner and Pat chases after her, the scene changes to what appears to be the town of Lansdowne, PA, 2 1/2 miles from the diner. There is no "downtown" area around that diner.
When Pat's mother drives him home from the institution in Baltimore, they pass Lincoln Financial Field on the right side of the car. That would indicated they are driving down I-95 south bound. Ridley Park, where the movie takes place, is on the south side of Philadelphia. Since both Baltimore and Ridley Park are south of Philadelphia it would make no sense for them to drive north of the stadium and make a U-turn and head south, again.
Patrizio Sr. and Dolores Solitano's house is a fairly large two story home with only the two of them living there, although Pat Jr. (Bradley Cooper) is relegated to live in the large attic and not his former bedroom. The reason for him having to live in a very messy attic and not the second floor of the house is never explained.
When Tiffany throws Pat's book and newspaper outside before one of their dance rehearsals, they refer to the book as Lord of the Flies, but the cover is that of The Great Gatsby.

Pat Jr. is told that he has violated his restraining by visiting the former home of his wife. If his wife is no longer living there, he cannot be in violation of his current restraining order, although he is in violation of the restraining order when he attempts to send his wife a letter and then when he spoke to her after the dance competition at the end of the film.
