The font used in the opening and ending credits is the font used in the Tintin comics.
In the opening credits, Tintin and Snowy are on the roof of a moving train which passes some iconic scenes from the comic books. They pass the Black Island from "The Black Island", then the moon rocket from "Destination Moon" and "Explorers on the Moon", and finally the ancient astronaut statue from "Flight 714".
At one point in the opening credits, a running Tintin and Snowy are highlighted against a searchlight. This is a homage to the opening credits of The Adventures of Tintin (1991).
The opening credits have Tintin and Snowy go on a chase to find a glowing object (revealed to be a dot for Steven Spielberg's credit).
The opening logos for Paramount Pictures, Columbia Pictures, Nickelodeon Movies, and Amblin Entertainment play with no music.
Throughout the opening credits, artwork from the "Tintin" comics is seen (mostly locations Tintin has visited).
Although the film is fully animated, there are credits for stunts at the end.
