When Agent Lee pulls Jimmy Palmer's shirt over his head, during one of their liaisons in the autopsy lab, his glasses fall from his face. Without making any movement to catch them, his glasses reappear on his face.
When Special Agent Lee, a lawyer, supervises the victim's signing of his will, Lee says that she'll file the will in a court, and that she hopes that they'll not need to execute it for a long time. Neither the testator (the one who signs a will) nor the testator's lawyer files a will in court after the signing of it. There's no filing of a will in court until the executor or executrix (or a lawyer for that functionary) files it in a probate court after the death of the testator. Further, the execution of the will have already taken place; that is, the testator executed the will by signing it. A better and accurate line would have been for Lee to hope that they'll not need to use the will or act on it for a long time.
