Wagon Train goes Sci-Fi/Horror...

Quite the rare storyline for a Wagon Train episode, seems that season 8 is full of gems like this one... creepy blonde girl sees the future.... will the wagon train turn into Stephen King's Carrie?

I won't spoil it, but the answer is no. Worth watching if you like the odder episodes of this show.

This Wagon train story has father and daughter Dabbs Greer and Marta Kristen as passengers on the train. Depending on your point of view Kristen is blessed or cursed with an ability to see into the future. Some narrow and suspicious minds have branded her a witch forcing Greer and her to keep moving.

Two medicine show sharpies Arthur O'Connell and Dnelly Rhodes who are also traveling with the Train have different ideas about how to exploit her. Rhodes a defrocked seminarian is a real bottom feeder.

Marta Kristen stands out as a girl ever s grateful to have John McIntire call her by a proper name, clairvoyant.
