- With Jack having the knowledge of the Ancient repository once again in his mind, he and Daniel attempt to unearth the location of the Lost City of the Ancients. Bra'tac, bringing with him the news of an impending attack on the Tau'ri by Anubis, takes Teal'c to help him acquire ships and warriors for the defense of Earth. Dr. Weir attempts to cope with the overwhelming nature of her new job, while also dealing with the unrelenting ego of Vice President Kinsey.—trekkie4christ
- With advance knowledge from Master Bra'tac that Anubis will soon attack Earth, O'Neill and Daniel Jackson work to find the Lost City of the Ancients and a weapon that will allow them to defeat Goa'uld warlords. Slowly, Jack becomes conscious of the information from the Ancients' library. With that information, they set off in a ship acquired by Master Bra'tac. They arrive at an ice-covered world and O'Neill - now fully consumed with the knowledge of the Ancients - shows them the location of the Lost City - in Antarctica, on Earth. While SG-1 scrambles to get home, Earth finds itself under attack. General Hammond is put in command of the Prometheus, but it's clear that their weaponry is insufficient to defeat Anubis. Their only hope is that SG-1 will return with the weapons they need.—garykmcd
- Daniel finds that O'Neill has unconsciously written the location of the Lost City in a crossword puzzle, but Sam says that they need the address of the planet. Daniel discovers the necessary address and discloses it to Dr. Weir, but Sam recalls that the Stargate on this planet is probably buried, and they need to use a spacecraft. Jack separates supplies in the store room and asks Sam to bring a Naquadah generator also. They travel with Teal'c and Bra'tac in the spaceship of their new acquaintance, Ronan. Jack uses part of the supplies to make the ship go faster. Meanwhile, Anubis is threatening Earth and President Hayes warns the governments of his Allies to make them aware of the situation. Will the SG-1 find the Lost City and protect Earth?—Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- President Henry Hayes tries to bluff that Earth is prepared when Anubis' fleet starts arriving and demonstrates that conventional weapons are useless. Although Jack resigns command to Carter due to expected lack of mental accountability, she keeps following his 'clueless cues' as he never knows why but has priceless ideas and mystery reflexes. With Daniel brilliantly making sense of Jack's babbling and doodling as clues to the Lost City, they travel with hyper-drive to a planet where a gate was buried over a million years ago and is now covered by lava, except for a caved-in area which turns out to be a control room with star charts where they retrieve a power source before returning to Earth, as it shows the Ancient knowledge can be found in Atlantis, apparently on Antarctica. General Hammond arrives in command of Prometheus, but stands no chance against Anubis's near-complete fleet until Jack unleashes a defensive fire. They find a second power source and fight-off Her'ak's men while Bra'tac faces traitor Jaffa, Ronan, but it's not Atlantis.—KGF Vissers
