- TriviaThis is in response to a quote posted here regarding the use of a hairbrush for the final moments. This aired again recently in the early 2020s on the Antenna TV channel, a digital channel on-air picked up by digital antenna as 34.1 in Kalispell, Montana, USA. Instead of a hairbrush, Ann was holding a small flat wooden cutting board laying on the kitchen and dinette counter for cutting up vegetables also on the counter.
The ending of the scene must have been multiple times for the purpose of transmission in the case of acceptable or unacceptable corporate punishment, as that topic was mentioned earlier. This very topic during the early 1980s when this aired was very sensitive and still more commonly accepted than in many other time-frames since.

Alex Handris: [last lines; Alex has assumed the position to be spanked by Ann, who is wielding a hair brush] Isn't there an EASIER way to get into this family?
Ann Romano: No.
[she brings the brush down as the final credits appear]
