    Different but not the best

House must quickly discover why a famous bicycle racer is suddenly having serious physical issues. Suspecting steroids is just the beginning. The bicyclist proves to be no different than any other ego-driven star athlete, and his publicist, played by the fetching Tara Henson, is a howl as she stews and storms and eventually blackmails Cuddy to keep a lid on things, in the form of a great big donation to the hospital. I wasn't particularly crazy about the premise, and I suspect you won't be, either. Still, House remains in rare form. Right about this episode, Wilson's role is nicely expanded to deal with his heretofore only hinted-at faltering marriage and housing predicament.

    nothing has changed

In each episode, house's staff throws stuff at the wall to see if it sticks ... its always a plethora of diseases or illnesses or cancer ... they work through 40 minutes trying to diagnose a rabid rabbit ... test after test usually reveals nothing but in a moment of truth. house figures it out at least 3 times until he gets it correct ... it all makes me wonder why anyone would go to a hospital for treatment...this arrogant doctor wouldn't want to meet me for real
