When a son tries to put a stop to his unstable father's activities, he gets Niles to give expert testimony at a court case. Frasier meets the old guy and is impressed by his lucidness and faces off with Niles. But things take an interesting turn in the courtroom. Competitiveness and celebrity are at stake and overwhelm the actual case. By the way, Donald O'Conner is quite a remarkable eccentric.

Sibling rivalry rears it's ugly head in a court case.
Donald O'Connor plays his role perfectly as a free spirited guy who likes adventure. His son doesn't.
Frasier sides with the older guy, Niles with the younger, playing their complexes against each other until the very end, when all is settled with a comic twist.
