The guests are Ken Berry, George Carlin and James Garner, an impressive list of stars though this is just an OK episode. The Q&A has the audience asking about other projects and Carol says she will be unemployed in a few weeks, I guess they all knew the show was ending this season.
The sketch is pretty funny. Ken Berry is a psychiatrist who is leaving his therapy group since they are cured. But Garner is still scared of the boogeyman. Tim is in drag, Vicki has imaginary sickness and Carol has a dual personality who speaks like Stella Toddler. Funny punchline.
George Carlin does a spoof of record commercials.
In the first of a series of sketches with Tim as a construction worker looking to bump off his annoying wife (Carol). He tries a trash compactor, demolition ball and dynamite in a piano.
Vicki and Ken have their own musical sequence set in a train station. Berry shows off his tap dancing.
Carol as a dental hygienist works on her ex husband who is a patient (Carlin).
Carol and Garner play a couple breaking off their affair but she has a hard time leaving the room.
Carol and Ken have a nice musical finale as two penniless bums, they do the Carpenters hit "Sing" and "Put On A Happy Face"
Carol sings her theme and the guests sign her book.
