Storyline
Did you know
- TriviaA scene was filmed, but ultimately not used, that showed 6 small holes on Adira's back as she got up from Londo's bed. (Centauri males have 6 genital organs).
- GoofsWhen Drakus is listening to the device placed on Londo in down below. He is listening to the location of Nideera with N'Grath. At times when N'Grath moves around you can see gaps from the head showing that it is hollow and some of the hoses for the hydraulics for the puppet to move the head. You can also see there is a gap between where the eyes are and the rest of the skull as the light shines in from the background.
- Quotes
Londo Mollari: Vir, I had a thought. Why don't you represent our Republic in the talks today?
Vir Cotto: Me?
Londo Mollari: Yes, why not? You know the situation as well as I. It's the perfect oportunity to get your feet moist, as Earthlings say.
Vir Cotto: I actually don't think it's a wise idea for me...
Londo Mollari: Nonsense! I have every confidence in you. Which is why I'm giving you full diplomatic authority. Be proud, my boy! You are now the voice of the mighty Centauri Empire!
Vir Cotto: Yes, sir! Thank you, sir!
Londo Mollari: That's the spirit! Go now! I'll be along later to see how you're doing.
Vir Cotto: Yes, sir!
Londo Mollari: And, Vir
Vir Cotto: Yes, sir?
Londo Mollari: Don't give away the Homeworld
- ConnectionsFeatured in Babylon 5: TKO (1994)
This is another solid episode that provides some interesting intrigue, further insight into Londo and the Centauri and a little bit of action. Peter Jurasik stands out as Mollari; he makes the character sympathetic and believable, guest star Fabiana Udenio also impresses as Adira, she too makes her character sympathetic as we see that she doesn't want to betray Londo. Their story doesn't exactly go as expected and has a touching conclusion. The secondary story involving Garibaldi and the unauthorised transmission is very much the minor story but also ends in a way I didn't expect leading us to learn more about a major character. It isn't all intrigue though; there is also a touch of humour; much of it provided by Ko D'Ath; G'Kar's new assistant who is severe even by Narn standards. Overall and enjoyable episode; we are only three episodes in but Babylon 5 is already really impressing.
