At the scene between Emily and Jason in the hospital chapel, Emily's head changes between shots at the point when she says, "So, what are you doing for Thanksgiving?" The timing of the line's execution gives away the discontinuity.
During the ceremony in Ecuador, while the village elder is giving a toast to Jason, the positions of the two women with painted faces change from one shot to the next.
When Jason sits on the bench in the park, you see the shade of the bench on the left of him. After the wanderer speaks to him and the camera goes back to Jason you don't see the shade of that bench.
After the Thanksgiving dinner, when Jason gets up to leave, Jason's mother chases after him. Her placement during the scene changes between camera angles.
When Mr. Hamilton is showing Jason the envelope with the red seal on it, the envelope switches from Mr. Hamilton's hand to Jason's hand without Mr. Hamilton handing it to Jason.
When Jason is kicked out of first class and back into seat 32B in coach he is sitting in an "E" seat.
(at around 23 mins) Jason has been talking to Mr. Hamilton when Mr. Hamilton turns away and leaves. Jason looks to Miss Hastings to ask where Mr. Hamilton is going. Jason looks right of Hamilton, but Miss Hastings is left of Hamilton, meaning Jason has asked his question to an empty chair and a blank wall.
During the end of the movie when Mr Hamilton is looking out the window you can see a reflection of the sound microphone in the glass door.
When Jason is at the plane crash site in Ecuador, large amounts of Kudzu can be seen in the background. Kudzu is an invasive vine that covers much of the southeastern United States and plainly gives away the filming location of South Carolina.
