Vince stays up night after night spying on the neighbours after becoming addicted to a drink that keeps his energy up, and Errol gets a job at a fish market.
Inspired by the life of Gandhi, Errol decides to bring about positive change for the residents of Elderberry House. Meanwhile, Vince becomes rather taken with the icy girl from upstairs.
