- Early in the movie a woman starts to dance provocatively for a cop. She strips down to her bra and underwear and gives him a lap dance. The cop handcuffs her to the ceiling.

Violence & Gore

- There's a violent shootout in an office between Hank and Earl and a group of and guys.
- Hank angrily punches Earl in the face. Earl later punches Hank in the face in retaliation.
- There's a large final shootout, and the two main characters do kill many bad guys, but no blood is shown. Several people are bloodlessly shot, a vehicle crashes, and the whole thing ends when a propane tank is shot and a massive explosion ensues.
- Hank gets shot by a bad guy during the final shootout, but survives. Not at all graphic and no blood is shown.
- There's a large shootout in a soda factory between two men and a bunch of bad guys. One man is elbowed in the face, and lots of bullets and destruction occur in this scene.
- Three gun fights, explosions, and car crashes take place throughout, but virtually no blood. Characters punch each other. A car explodes, one of the main characters cuts a swath of destruction through a police training session, and many characters are shot, but there is practically no blood.
- There is a final fist fight between Nash and Earl. Many blows are exchanged between the two, but it's not that brutal, and no blood is seen.

- Profanity is strong and frequent, but not excessive and pervasive.

- 1 use of 'fuck', 17 uses of 'shit', 13 uses of 'damn', (2 of which are 'goddamn'), 16 uses of 'hell', 11 uses of 'bitch', 17 uses of 'ass', 3 uses of 'crap' and 1 use of 'pussy'.
- Racial jokes and insults run throughout the movie. For example, a white character is called a "Nazi" and a black character a "monkey." Most of the racial jokes are made by Nash & Earl. Earl makes jokes at white people, Nash makes jokes at black people.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- The main characters find special beer kegs that are being smuggled.
- Nothing too serious. No drug use.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Some of the shootouts can be intense, and the final fight scene is pretty brutal.
- Scenes listed under "Violence" might also be tense or suspenseful to some viewers, but most are played in an over-the-top action style rather than as true suspense.
- Hank and Charlie enter a warehouse with their guns drawn. After some gunfire breaks out, Hank tries to get back to Charlie.
- Earl climbs into a building just as the bad guys show up (and he doesn't realize they're on their way up). This results in another gun battle.
- Hank tries to save Earl who's hanging from some metal rods sticking out of a concrete slab that's about to fall from a cliff.
- For tweens/teens.
- None for neurodivergent viewers.
