(at around 20 mins) When Darry slides down the pipe, he is encircled by light which would have had to been shining directly down the pipe. Seconds before he went in, he was staring into total blackness.
(at around 20 mins) When Darry slips into the pipe, he should have landed on the two "packages" that the Creeper already threw down the pipe. Instead he lands on bare ground, with no sign of the packages nearby.
(at around 45 mins) The positions of the cars when Trish's car and the police car swerve to a halt.
(at around 12 mins) When the Creeper rams his truck into the back of the siblings' car, a close up shows damage to the back end. Cutaways of the veering vehicle show no such damage.
(at around 58 mins) When Trish and Darry are in the car and they hit the Creeper, the windshield is shown to have been smashed, but in the shots taken from behind the car you can see the windshield's wiper marks.
(at around 1h 26 mins) The credit "Officer with hole in chest" is misspelled as "Office with hole in chest".
(at around 20 mins) After sliding down the pipe on his front side, Darry would not have landed on his back falling flatly as shown. He would have either landed on his chest, landed head first, or on his back rotating as he landed.
When the Creeper lands on the roof of the police car and kills both occupants, the car skids to a stop as if someone was standing on the brake pedal. That's hard to explain with no one, alive, in the car.
The female cop, whom the Creeper pulls out of the car, should have known better than to try looking on the roof to see what fell on it. They are going down a highway, which is risky enough on its own; unless they were driving below 20 MPH.
(at around 34 mins) When Darry and Trish drive up to the diner, there are only a couple of vehicles in the parking lot. When they get inside the diner is completely full, 30-40 people. However, since it's a small town, they could have walked or car-pooled.
(at around 20 mins) When Darry falls down the pipe and lands in the circle of light, he is actually standing and stepping backwards, as evidenced by the bits of vegetation that are falling across his body, head to toes.
Jonathan Breck's skin is visible around the Creeper's eyes (there is no eyeliner to match the monster's skin).
(at around 1h 19 mins) The Creeper's contact lenses can be seen in close-ups during the final confrontation.
(at around 49 mins) Right after the tongue scene, Trish is grinding the gears in an apparent manual transmission, but when the camera shows her feet, she releases a large brake pedal- indicating an automatic- and there is no clutch pedal.
(at around 49 mins) Trish's car obviously has a manual transmission but at one point we hear the car shifting gear while her hands stay on the wheel.
(at around 2 mins) In an early scene where Darry is speeding to catch up to an RV in front of them, we hear the car shifting gears about three times. However, when shots looking into the car at Darry driving are shown, it is his right hand on the wheel, while we still hear gears shifting. Unless there was a shifter by the door and near his left hand or he switched rapidly, this wouldn't be possible.
In several scenes crows "caw" without opening their beaks.
(at around 10 mins) As Patricia and Darry drive by the house and see the Creeper dumping bodies, as he tears out onto the road to chase them, you can clearly see a truck with its headlights on down the road behind the Creeper vehicle as it cuts across the grass to enter the road.
The film is set in Florida. Florida does not have a "State Police" (not by that name), but a "Highway Patrol" instead.
Throughout the movie, Jeepers Creepers drives an enormous truck in which he chases potential victims, transports bodies, etc. So when he needs to fill up the gas tank, does he siphon the gas from his victims' cars or does he just use his Visa? Not to mention, his truck is in excellent mechanical condition which leads to 3 possible options. Jeepers Creepers is either a highly skilled mechanic in all aspects of automobiles, he has never been to the same mechanic twice, or his usual mechanic has some very heavy brass balls. On that note, how does he power the lights and music players in his house of pain? Is he on the grid; paying his utility bills, taxes, and everything else, or has he once again astounded us and managed to produce his own power for as long as he has been around killing stupid kids.
After the Creeper kills a cop for his heart, they foolishly open fire just from hearing him it eat. This unfortunately proved foolish, as the Creeper was able to quickly get around them; forcing the cops to get SWAT gear to try again.
