And now, having told the duo's story in podcast form with eight-part series Wild Things, THR is reporting that Apple has picked up a same-named limited series starring Andrew Garfield and Jude Law.

Set to be written and showrun by Only Murders In The Building co-creator John Hoffman, with WandaVision director Matt Shakman aboard to helm the pilot, the Apple TV+ bound series — which, like the podcast, will also be an eight-parter — will see Law playing Siegfried and Garfield taking on the role of Roy.

Steven Soderbergh was frustrated by the underwhelming box office performance of his latest film, “Black Bag,” and he is concerned that its poor earnings could represent a dark sign for Hollywood’s future.

When “Black Bag” hit theaters in March, the film received widespread praise and emerged as one of the most well-reviewed films of the year. Its critical success did not translate financially, though. The film grossed just over $38 million at the worldwide box office, falling short of its reported $50 million budget.

“It was frustrating. The people we needed to come out didn’t come out. And unfortunately, it’s impossible to really know why,” Soderbergh told Business Insider Monday about the spy thriller‘s financial performance. “My concern is that the rest of the industry looks at that result and just goes, ‘This is why we don’t make movies in that budget range for that audience because they don’t show up.

We always knew it would be rough once someone figured out Madeline Matlock’s secret, but the reveal was far better than we could have imagined.

First, we have been waiting all season for Olympia to learn about the pen and blow up on Matty. Granted, there was every chance it would be explained away.

Thankfully, the Matlock writers knew at this point in the story that we would want to see the fallout of Matty’s lies to Olympia.

In an eclectic three-decade career, he has directed crowd-pleasing all-star vehicles, action comedies, political dramas, micro-mini experimental works, true-life story ("Erin Brockovich") and even a film starring porn actress Sasha Grey ("The Girlfriend Experience").

In addition to his Oscar success, Soderbergh has also found success bringing his singular vision to the small screen, winning an Emmy for directing and editing the TV movie "Behind the Candelabra" (which isn't included on this list of big screen outings). Julia Roberts got to see her friend George Clooney‘s Broadway debut!

The 57-year-old Oscar winner stopped by his play Good Night, and Good Luck along with her husband Danny Moder and one of their kids (not pictured), Henry, 17, on Tuesday evening (April 1) in New York City.

Julia, Danny, and Henry exited through the stage door, and George followed behind. George did stop to sign autographs for fans waiting outside.

If you don’t know, George and Julia previously worked together in 2001′s Ocean’s Eleven, 2002′s Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, 2004′s Ocean’s Twelve, 2016′s Money Monster, and 2022′s Ticket to Paradise.

The pair once explained why they never dated throughout their many decades of working together.

In some ways, “Secret Mall Apartment” does what it says on the tin. The documentary charts the adventures of an artist collective in Rhode Island that found a hidden space inside the bowels of the Providence Place Mall in 2003. There, the collective created a domestic hideaway in defiance of the consumer mecca that the mall represented, documented the project, and used the space undetected for years.

Director Jeremy Workman and editor Paul Murphy knew there was more nuance to the story than a clandestine performance piece, though. They didn’t want the documentary to feel like a conventional, fill-in-the-blank news item. So they didn’t work in a conventional way, either.
