  [Sammy goes into his kitchen and comes back with a bottle of insulin, a syringe and a cotton swab. Sammy injects the insulin into Mrs. Jankis. Mrs. Jankis sets her watch back by fifteen minutes.] 

  Mrs. Jankis : Sammy, it's time for my shot.
