On the way to Flutter Valley, Surprise, Spike, Gusty, Baby Cuddles, Cupcake, Fizzy and Buttons are spotted by the witches who want to take over Flutter Valley and stop the celebration. The witches make an alliance with the hive.
The witches plot continues to capture the little pony's. After the little pony's warn the flutter pony's they escape and go back to Paradise estate. The witches find Bumbles evil hive.
Bumble and her hive break into Flutter Valley and steal the Sun Stone. The Flutter ponies chase them but get trapped in the process. The ponies seek refuge in Furbobia after Baby Cuddles breaks her leg but the Stonebacks get in their way.
Morning Glory manages to run from the Hive hoping to reach the little ponies but is chased after by Sting. The little ponies reach Furbobia and they hold a healing ceremony for Baby Cuddles.
Sting and Morning Glory have arrived at Megan's farm but have gotten into trouble with a bull. Rose Dust and the flutter pony's confront Bumble and her hive as the witches destroy Flutter Valley.
Morning Glory and Sting reach Megan and return to Flutter Valley. Gusty, Spike, Surprise, Buttons and Fizzy are captured by the witches but play a trick on one of the sisters managing to escape. Furbob finds his courage.
Surprise, Fizzy, Buttons, Gusty and Spike manage to escape the witches but fall back into another trap and their huge spider monster comes to defeat the little pony's.
Megan, the flutter ponies and the little ponies have gotten away from the Hive for now with the sun stone. Megan helps the Stonebacks and the Furbobs make peace with each other and the Stone Backs help the group escape Bumbles Hive.
Rose Dust has lost hope in saving Flutter Valley and her people but Megan and the little ponies plan to prove her wrong. Through smartness, kindness and courage Megan and the little ponies stop the witches and befriend the hive.
The little ponies and Megan's family are building a new nursery for the baby ponies. Everyone stays the night in Paradise Estate when a strange ghost invades the babies bedroom.
Megan and Molly defend the little ponies against the ghost but its no use. Nobody can catch the ghost. The little ponies, Megan and her siblings must catch the ghost of Paradise Estate.
The Glass Princess sees the error of her ways but the Raptorians rebel. Megan and the little ponies team up with the glass princess to stop them and turn Pony Land back to normal.
Megan, Molly and the little ponies have been held captive trying to find the baby ponies. Knightshade, the mayor, Megan and the little ponies go to the town of the stolen shadows and are cornered by the angry ponies.
Sweet Stuff doesn't fit in with the Pegasus ponies because she is an Earth Pony. When a treasure hunt comes down to the very last riddle, can Sweet Stuff pull through to win the game for the ponies?
The other unicorns winking has been intercepted. Buttons, Baby Ribbons, Ribbon and Galaxy all get taken away to the lost city. Ribbon telepathically tells Megan they are in Tambelons Lost City.
Megan, her siblings and the little ponies have arrived at Tambelon's kingdom in hope of saving the unicorns. Tambelon catches all creatures except for two flutter ponies and some grundles Megan and her friends must come up with a plan.
The little ponies are unsure on how to defeat Grogar. Wind Whistler notices about his bell around his neck and thinks it may be the key to defeat him and get the unicorns back. Surprise comes up with a plan to take back Paradise Estate.
The Baby Ponies need constant entertainment, so Ribbon gives them a magic ball. Ribbon tells the Baby Ponies that they can make the ball into anything if they use their imaginations. Can the Baby Ponies entertain themselves?
A drought has come upon Pony Land causing the sea ponies to not feel well. Ribbon, Whizzer, Lofty, Lickety-Split, Danny and Molly take the sea ponies to find some water. The others go to find the Moochick in search of help about the coins.
When magic goes wrong, some of the ponies are living very different lives. Fizzy, Shady, Gusty, and Wind Whistler must live as each other until they can undo the magic spell.
Posey helps out a bunch of pretty flowers from being captured by a gang of ugly crabs. Unfortunately, she has been lied to and Dream Valley is in danger.
A little boy with dreams of becoming a knight decides to bully Spike. The ponies have to try and help the boy become a knight without allowing him to slay the dragon (in this case Spike).
Locked out of their home by the evil wizard Beezen, the Ponies do their darndest to get back in, with some unexpected help from Baby Heart Throb and her baby buggy.
When all the legends have dissapeared from her storybooks, Megan goes to Ponyland to help get them back where they belong, before the Land of Legends and Ponyland fall to pieces.
After two little ponies are kidnapped by Tireks servant Scorpan, Firefly goes to the human world for help. Firefly finds Megan and they go to find the Moojik who has the rainbow of light that can destroy Tireks darkness.
On the way to Midnight Castle, Applejack falls into the water and tests Megan's courage. The two meet the sea ponies and reunite with the group to defeat Tirek and save Pony Land.
