A woman in a wetsuit strips down to her underwear (non sexual)
Intro to the movie is two couples making out in bathing suits.
A man comes across a Playboy magazine and opens it to briefly look inside. You only see the no-nudity cover, not the inside.

Graphic violence.
Several people die, most of whom are eaten alive by sharks.
A man on a stretcher is accidentally dropped from a helicopter, snatched up by a shark and lodged into an underground glass window (he dies, with lots of blood visible).
A shark bites into a man, takes him for a vicious swim and then shares him with another shark, eventually getting ripped in half (we see the two sharks munching on him). Very graphic.
A shark eats a man, leaving the lower half of the man's body floating in the water, and a shark bites off a man's arm (we see the extremely bloody stub).
A woman is lifted out of the water by a shark (we see half of her body in its mouth and she eventually dies).
A man shoots a shark with a harpoon and a man, being pulled through the water by a shark, pokes the shark's eye with a cross.
A woman slits her hand with a knife (the camera focuses on the blood oozing out) and gets swallowed by a shark (we see the shark chomping on her for a few seconds).
Sharks attack a man in a cage and a shark attacks a boat (it knocks a hole in the boat, but no one is injured).
We see a shark swallow a live parrot.
