There are about 4 drinking scenes and 2 smoking scenes. One scene shows a man putting a cigarette in his mouth but doesn't smoke it when a woman looks at him wrong. Another scene shows a man throwing an empty liquor bottle away but not drinking.

Numerous scary "jump" scenes, most of which are surprise shark attacks.

It gets very intense whenever the sharks are around.

A man's arm is bitten off by a shark and it is very graphic and disturbing. It can be very intense for weaker viewers.
