During the battle in Hell, when Cogliostro is approached by the Violator, he extends his Necro-sword twice.

Five years goes by between when Al is killed and when he returns as Spawn and yet, his dog Spaz looks to be the same age.

The Senator stated that he did not want to be President but Speaker of the House. The Speaker of the House leads the House of Representatives, not the Senate. The head of the Senate is the Vice-President.

Cogliostro states that he was an assassin for the Kingdom of Saxony 500 years ago. In 1497 Saxony wasn't a kingdom, but part of the Holy Roman Empire, and wouldn't become a kingdom until 1806.

Guns that are used by honor guards in parades would be deactivated so that they would never fire, and yet the guns are working when the U.S. honor guard soldiers are firing at Spawn while he was climbing up the outside of the hotel.

At the North Korean biological weapons plant all of the warning signs on the tanks are written in English.

When Wynn first meets Clown in his office, there's an American flag in a triangular case on a shelf behind him. The flag's stars are impossibly aligned.

The emissary of the underworld is likely to have many impossible things.

The opening scene is set at "Military Air Base Hong Kong". The only such airfield in Hong Kong is Shek Kong, but from 1997 onward its only military use is by a PLAAF helicopter regiment. On weekends it is used by the Hong Kong Aviation Club for private aircraft.

This is creative geography, tangential to the plot.

After Priest shoots Spawn at the party, he runs down a corridor and into the kitchen, stumbling onto the ground as his wounds healed. When he lands on the ground, sneaker bottoms can be seen sticking a good two inches out of the bottom of Spawn's feet

When Clown on the truck rams Spawn's spiked construction, for a second you can see a set of construction armature instead.

After Clown kills Zack's Dad the paramedics that arrive at the scene put a cloth over his head indicating that he is dead but before they drop the cloth he twitches his eye.

As clown holds up a shovel at the cemetery to give to Spawn, Clown's face can already be seen on it before he throws it to the ground.

After the party, when Spawn jumps out of the window, you can clearly see a wire attached to his foot.

At the beginning of the movie, Simmons is supposed to be on a mission in Hong Kong, but when he fires his missile to destroy a terrorist's plane, you can see the famous lookout tower at LAX.

In one scene, clown says he cannot stand the word "god" (he covers his ears and yells La La La when Spawn says it). Later in the movie, he says the word himself ("Oh my god, you look like crap").
