During the making of Glen or Glenda, Dolores takes off her sweater and gives it to Ed Wood. We see her wearing a bra.
Bunny (who is a small character in the movie) tells he is going to have his sex change. The last thing he says is "Good-bye, penis". Later on in the movie he reveals that he didn't get one cause the doctor was a "quack" this scene is supposed to be comedic
An illustration of a breast is seen on a real movie poster, non-sexual. One character is said to be a transvestite and there is some brief mild sexual dialogue.

Bela Lugosi shouts at a man for mentioning Karloff.
Ed Wood, his girlfriend and his friend watch wrestling. We see a wrestler throw another wrestler over the ring and crashes at a bunch of men and fall over.
Ed Wood gets shouted at on the phone.
The entire cinema audience throw popcorn at the screen. The group who made the film struggle to take seats due to the audience throwing popcorn and one member grabs Vampira's breasts and pushes him away. Ed Wood saves them by dragging them out. Together, they run from them. A young girl ducks on the hood of a taxi and they all enter as the audience chases them.
A woman throws household items at her boyfriend including glass items and comically chases him around with a frying pan. Distraught partially from drug abuse, a man attempts suicide with a revolver, but he doesn't go through with it. The same character is seen with track marks on his arms from said drug abuse.
A giant rubber octopus prop falls from the ceiling and lands on a man, they think he is dead but then he gets up.
Mainly played for laughs.

Nothing harmful except it has minimal drug content.
Dolores throws stuff at Ed might be a little intense, but is meant to be funny.
