Before the drive-by shooting at the end of the film, Illena's cousin is seen loading an Uzi machine pistol, and when the shooting is about to begin, he aims this gun out of the car window. However, when the shooting actually starts, he has changed over to a TEC-9, a completely different type of machine pistol.

Before he beats up Chauncy at Ronnie's party, Caine asks O-Dog for his gun. O-Dog hands Caine his Glock. However, when the beating starts and Caine is pistol-whipping Chauncy, the gun has become a Beretta 92F.

When a final shootout begins, O-Dog is using a Beretta 92F/FS to shoot back at the rival gang. However, immediately after the shootout ends, the emptied pistol changes to a Glock 17.

Sharif raises his hands to ward off blows, despite them being cuffed behind his back before he was put in the back seat of the police car.

When Chauncey is talking to the white guy about the car, Chauncey's cigarette goes from lit, when he's woken up, to not lit, when looking at the picture of the car, back to lit.

During Ronnie's party scene, Caine's voice over says that the party was at the end of the summer. During the party Chauncy tells a girl that "me, A-Wax and Caine went to a Lakers game last night." The NBA season starts in November and has no regular games being played at the end of the summer.

In the beginning of the movie Tat pulls out a Colt Detective Special 38 caliber revolver and points it at the man, after a few words Tat shoots the man 8 times which is not possible because the gun only holds 6 bullets

After Caine gets carjacked and shot and his friends take him to the hospital. The nurse tells two of his friends that he needs to fill out medical forms before being seen by a doctor. Any patient in a life threatening condition or critical condition would need to be seen by a doctor immediately.

When Cain goes to jack new rims for his car he is supposedly following the guy into the drive through, but the guy comes from the opposite direction that Cain did...

When Cain and O-Dog are about to get out and kill the 2 guys at the food stand, O-Dog asks Cain if he is ready, and right when he says that Cain is seen pulling up his pistol and pulling the slide back, but there is no clip in the gun...

The USA Director's Cut DVD incorrectly states that the movie is rated R, but it's actually the uncut NC-17 rated version.

After the party in the beginning of the movie, everyone decides to go to Jack in the Box. When O-Dog, Keesha and A-Wax get gas, you could see Jack in the Box behind them, but when Caine and Harold get shot, they are further down the street.

Reflected in the security mirror as O-Dog drags the lady into the back room.

In the opening scene, the crew is reflected in the mirror over the beer cooler.

When Caine gets his car, the camera is reflected in a car window.

In the beginning of the driving scene with A Wax, O-Dog and Caine, the police escort as well as a crew van can be seen following them out the rear window

After Caine cooks the crack and is driving to the barbecue, you can see a camera reflect off the hood of his Mustang.

In the beginning scene at the liquor store. Caine opens the 40 ounce beer and drinks from it but when he is walking to the register with Dog and before Dog murders the owner and his wife. Caine is chugging the beer but he is not really drinking it.
