In the first Toxic Avenger movie, Melvin's blind girlfriend's name is Sarah. Her name is changed to Claire in Part II.

The donut swimmer goes from swimming away from the bubbles to having a spasm to swimming away.

A black goon punches Toxie with his left arm and is then punched in the face, spewing his blood and brains. The goon's arm can be seen behind his head, holding it in position.

When Toxie crushes one of his enemies in a wheelchair and his intestines are pushed out, one shot shows his intestines already hanging by his legs. By the next shot, his bloody intestines are being pushed out again.

Toxie uses his mouth's heating ability to boil a fat assailant in 200° water; if it was that hot in the tub, the water should be steaming profusely and the guy's skin would've been peeling away at that point.

One of the two goons is laughing before he shoots Toxie, yet the visuals do not match up with the sound.

When Sarah rushes inside with the bomb package, a branch gets pushed out of the camera's way.
