When Brantley answers the phone in the office for the first time before starting his "con" as Carlton, his hair length and color change during the course of the call.

When Christy hands the notes she stole from Brantley to Howard they are in a red folder. Howard returns the notes in a manila folder to Christy, but when Brantley discovers them in Christy's bag, they are once again in the red folder.

When Brantley is reluctantly having a drink with Vera at her mansion, he tosses his drink over his shoulder emptying his glass. In the next shot his glass has booze in it again.

At the end of the movie Brantley and Christy are in the elevator together. Its clear that Brantley's hair color and length has changed from the previous scene.

During the hostile takeover, Davenport is alternately resting his chin on his right hand/playing with a pen using the same hand between shots.

Just following the first kiss scene between Brantley and Christy on the Staten Island Ferry, an aerial shot of the ferry passing under the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge is shown. The Staten Island Ferry doesn't pass under the Verrazano, or any other bridge in NYC.

The office that Brantley takes over as Carlton is a corner office, with windows on 2 adjacent walls. When Carlton (Brantley) is working late and trying to convince Christy about his ideas, the exterior shot of the building shows several offices with lights on, then fades to a shot with only 1 office light on, in the middle of the building, which could not be Carlton's office.

Brantley Foster while impersonating Carlton Whitfield would still be getting paid as Brantley Foster with his meager pay in the mail room. Plus his real boss in the mail room would notice him missing so he'd be fired for attendance issues.

When Vera rips off Brantley's bathing suit, you can see his "body strap" around his private parts.

Judith Malina's character is listed as Mrs. Meacham, but the nameplate on her desk says Ms. Miller Personnel Dept.

When Brantley and Vera are in the pool, and she pulls Brantley under the water the second time, he splashes around, and a crew member can be seen between the splashes sitting in a chair in the background near the corner of the pool.

At 35:01 when Brantley watches Christy hurry to get on the elevator, his lavalier mic can be seen protruding slightly underneath the placket on his polo shirt.

On the chart in Whitfield's office, the abbreviation for Vermont is written "V.T.," which doesn't make any sense.

When Vera and her husband are in bed together, she is clearly wearing lipstick. No woman ever wears make-up to bed.
