The wild, hydrated life of skincare guru to the stars Ole Henriksen is being prepped for the big screen.

The 74-year-old is the subject of a new biopic project mounted by frequent Martin Scorsese collaborator Niels Juul through his No Fat Ego along with author-turned-screenwriter James Wyllie. The news was announced during the Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday morning at a press event aboard the Lady Jersey yacht docked on the Albert Edouard jetée in the city’s old port. Henriksen took a seat on a sofa on the yacht’s upper deck where he participated in a panel discussion about the vision for the project alongside his creative collaborators.

“It’s been two years in the making,” Juul told The Hollywood Reporter of the project which is in the early stages and does not have a director or talent attached but does have a finished screenplay from Wyllie reportedly titled The Glowing Man.

An appeals court has temporarily blocked Sony from taking over distribution of syndicated game shows Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune from CBS.

California’s Second Appellate District on Thursday paused a Los Angeles judge’s order last week denying CBS’s bid for a preliminary injunction, allowing the network to continue distributing the shows. That ruling, which allowed Sony not to deliver episodes to CBS, is “stayed pending further order of this court,” a three-judge panel ruled.

Sony produces the two long-running shows, which are perennially among the most watched syndicated programs on broadcast TV. In February, Sony took over CBS’ role as a distributor after claiming that the network breached its contract by entering into unauthorized licensing agreements. CBS later filed for a restraining order seeking to keep the terms of the deal in place.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Kevin Brazile, in a tentative ruling issued on Thursday, denied CBS’ bid for a court order that would’ve temporarily blocked Sony’s efforts from assuming distribution.

“Sony can begin distributing the Shows and need not deliver episodes to CBS,” the order stated.

In a statement, CBS Media Ventures said the ruling will be immediately appealed. It added, “This is only a preliminary ruling based on partial evidence, not the outcome of the full case. We’re confident once all the evidence is heard at trial, we will prevail on the merits. In today’s ruling, the court itself recognized the balance of harm tips in CBS’s favor, so we will ask the appellate court for a stay pending our appeal.”

Moments after casting his vote in Palm Beach, Fl, Trump appeared to voice his displeasure at Fox News carrying clips of Winfrey at a Kamala Harris campaign rally in Philadelphia.

“Oprah’s become a major divider in our country, and I think, frankly, she should be ashamed of herself,” he told reporters. “And you know who else should be ashamed? Fox, because I’ve seen Oprah on Fox about 50 times making the same statement, and I think it’s a disgrace. Everyone thinks Fox is so pro-Trump. They’re not pro-Trump at all. They’ve put Oprah on all morning long.”
