The ABC fall 2025 schedule has been announced and includes Monday Night Football, the new spinoff 9-1-1: Nashville, and more. “ABC dominated this season in multiplatform ratings, which are the most relevant metrics that reflect how audiences are consuming television today,” said Craig Erwich, president, Disney Television Group.
“We are meeting viewers where they are, and this achievement really highlights our strategic approach and commitment to creative excellence. Looking ahead, we’re all about maintaining stability, delivering quality, and driving innovation, with new shows and returning favorites from some of the industry’s top creators and biggest stars.”
ABC will air ESPN’s Monday Night Football on most Monday nights. A detailed schedule will be announced later this week.

The schedule ABC is rolling out for the start of the 2025-26 season looks very similar to the one it had in 2024-25.
The network has made a couple of moves — 911 spinoff 911: Nashville joins the Thursday lineup, and Shark Tank is going from Friday to Wednesday nights — but ABC has opted for a mostly stable lineup. 911: Nashville is the only new series on the fall slate.
That stability “is both a strategy and also a byproduct of our success,” Disney Television Group president Craig Erwich told The Hollywood Reporter in an interview Tuesday morning. ABC has all five of the top entertainment series this season among adults 18-49 (High Potential, Abbott Elementary, The Rookie, 911 and Shifting Gears), based on Nielsen’s cross-platform ratings.
“We have been successfully launching shows and returning shows to the schedule, so we don’t need to make a lot of moves,...

Ryan Murphy will keep his hold on ABC’s Thursday 8 Pm – 10 Pm stretch next season with the first 9-1-1 franchise block in three and a half years, while reality veteran Shark Tank is moving to a new night after 15 seasons on Friday and Sunday. The Golden Bachelor also is back in a new time slot on the network’s fall 2025 schedule, which features one new series, spinoff 9-1-1: Nashville starring Chris O’Donnell.
Here is the schedule, which Craig Erwich, president, Disney Television Group, said is “about maintaining stability.” It does not include two of ABC’s top dramas, The Rookie and Will Trent, slated again for a midseason return alongside High Potential on Tuesday. The fall lineup is followed by analysis — with input from Erwich on benching of The Rookie and Will Trent and moving Shark Tank — and more details about the latest 9-1-1 offshoot.

You think you know all about Shark Tank? Think again. While the show delivers fast paced drama and life changing deals in a matter of minutes, what actually happens behind the scenes is far more intense. This often catches hopeful entrepreneurs completely off guard as well.
Many contestants walk into the Tank thinking they’ll make a quick pitch and walk out with a handshake. But in reality, they’re grilled for over an hour, sometimes even longer. Let’s dive deeper.
Are Shark Tank pitches as simple as they look on television?
Shark Tank can easily be the go-to dream for any entrepreneur out there. It’s a place where a bold idea and an interesting pitch can turn into million dollar deals overnight. The entire set of the show is simple as well, in which a contestant walks through those famous double doors, pitches their products, answers some tough questions,...

In Shark Tank, not every business deal ends with a happily ever after. The same was true for Jeff Stroope as well. He was the founder of Hy-Conn, and he stepped onto the Shark Tank stage with great hopes. Luckily, he got an offer to partner with billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban after landing a $1.25 million deal in what seemed like a dream-come-true moment.
But things quickly turned bad behind the scenes, apparently because of Cuban. But despite all of this, the founder harbored no ill will against him. Let’s dive deeper to know the reason why.
What really happened between Mark Cuban and Hy-Conn founder Jeff Stroope?
When Jeff Stroope walked onto Shark Tank with his quick-connect fire hydrant invention, Hy-Conn, he thought his life was about to change for the better. And it obviously did – but not in the manner that he had expected. His company was unique...

Ashneer Grover’s This Gesture Helped A Female Entrepreneur On Shark Tank India(Photo Credit –Instagram)
Entrepreneur Ashneer Grover might have left Shark Tank India after its first season but he had left a significant mark on the show. Be it his popular ‘Doglapan’ dialogue or his being intimidating with some contestants, Ashneer was one of the most popular panelists on the show. However, there was one occasion when he won hearts with a heartwarming gesture towards a female entrepreneur who had been disowned by her family.
24-year-old Rakhi Pal appeared on the first season of Shark Tank India along with her colleagues to pitch for their company, Event Beep. Their venture enabled college students to host events and network to connect with fellow like-minded students on the Event Beep app. However, during their pitch, the sharks were shocked to learn that Rakhi’s family had disowned her.

Oof. Beginnings of months are difficult in terms of how many titles on any streaming service we are forced to say goodbye to. Each month, Netflix brings in many new items, meaning some older ones have to leave. Some months are worse than others.
May isn't worse than other months unless you are a fan of a couple of franchises. If you love Spider-Man, we have bad news for you. If you are addicted to watching Thomas & Friends, we have more bad news.
Perhaps the worst part is that a lot of comedies are saying goodbye. Wedding Crashers, the Fockers films, and a couple of the Friday flicks are going away. So are some Oscar-worthy films, such as Schindler's List and Whiplash.
A large number of titles are leaving Netflix this week (April 26 through May 2)
The weird 1978 version of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is also leaving.

Mark Cuban’s had it with the political circus, and he’s not playing favorites. In a particular jab that hit both sides of the aisle, the Shark Tank star made it clear he finds Democrats just as hopeless as Donald Trump, at least in one key area.
While Cuban is known for calling out nonsense when he sees it, this time his frustration pointed squarely at the Democrats’ lack of execution. Coming from a billionaire who lives and breathes strategy, that kind of read cuts deep.

Mark Cuban roasted both parties, and no one got out unscathed. Speaking at a traditionalist Republican summit this weekend, the Shark Tank billionaire delivered a stinging review of American politics, branding Democrats as clueless sellers and Donald Trump as a con man who’d hawk anything for a quick buck.

Mark Cuban was once the proud majority owner of the Dallas Mavericks and now owns a 27% stake in the basketball team. However, when it comes to basketball skills, it appears that he hasn’t been to that many practice sessions with the Mavericks. When a basketball-based product was pitched on Shark Tank Season 12, Cuban’s shooting skills were put on display.
Another shark on the panel, Barbara Corcoran, was interested in the product. However, she also admitted that Cuban wasn’t that great at basketball. The company, Grind, walked away with a good deal that saw Corcoran and Cuban team up.
Grind was an idea pitched by former basketball player Thomas Fields, whose injury stopped him from pursuing an NBA career. He came up with the idea of a portable and collapsible shooting and rebounding machine that helps up-and-coming players with their practice.

When a director like Shinichiro Watanabe returns with a new anime like Lazarus, comparisons to Cowboy Bebop are bound to happen. This is because each fan, whether from the prime jazz time or the modern anime enthusiast, they are bound to have heard about the classic space-era anime of Cowboy Bebop. From the stylish animation and designs to the jazzy soundtrack, it had everything the fans could want in an anime.
But then again, it seems to be extremely similar in Lazarus as well. The animation seems similar with the soundtracks being of the same vein, it makes one wonder, what relation does Lazarus have to Cowboy Bebop, could it be a sequel? Or a spiritual successor? To all these questions, Watanabe answers in the negative.

When this wacky $250K pitch hit the Shark Tank stage, even Robert Herjavec couldn’t help but call it “full of Bs.” And well, it kind of was, on the surface. The idea sounded more like a gag gift than a legit business plan. But plot twist: that same product’s now raking in a crazy $13.9M a year.
It’s the classic “don’t judge a pitch by its punchline” story. Turns out, behind all the laughs was a money-making machine no one saw coming.

You’ve poured your blood, sweat, and three maxed-out credit cards into your startup. You walk onto the Shark Tank stage, your voice a bit shaky but your pitch airtight. Mark Cuban is nodding. Lori’s eyebrows are doing that interested arch thing.

Shark Tank has seen a slew of unique products that cater to all walks of life, but there was one product that came into the Shark Tank with something very sensitive and heartfelt to offer. Parting Stones, a company that manufactured stones from the ashes of those who had departed, came in asking for $400,000.
While the Sharks were impressed by the idea, given how lucrative it can be, there were a few hiccups in the offer that Justin Crowe made. One, of course, was the fact that the company was still years away from breaking even, which caused the Sharks to pitch a slew of counter offers if Crowe wanted his $400,000.

Spoilers for "Lazarus" follow.
Shinichirō Watanabe is an anime auteur, most famous for directing 26-episode Space Western "Cowboy Bebop." The legacy of that show colors his career beyond just people remembering it as one of the best anime ever. Watanabe's later projects have sometimes felt like a response to or evolution of "Bebop." (His science-fiction musical drama "Carole & Tuesday" is set on the same terraformed Mars that "Bebop" often visited.)
The same can definitely be said of Watanabe's latest directorial project: "Lazarus." The series, animated at studio Mappa and produced by Sola Entertainment, is a 13-episode science-fiction action-thriller. Set in 2055 — similar to "Bebop," this future is within our lifetimes — the crux of the show is a miracle painkiller, Hapna.
Its inventor, Dr. Skinner, announces that the drug was designed to mutate after three years and soon, Hapna will kill everyone who took it. That means everyone in the world,...

Anything can happen on a television show when money and Sharks are involved. Due to the many unpredictable variables in Shark Tank, the production of the series can famously take some interesting directions. Although the series maintains a focus on business, there are many emotions involved when a product is being shown to the judges.
On top of the product having everything put on the line, the Sharks also have to make some very careful decisions since high figures of money are involved. However, stakes and stress aren’t the only emotions involved.

Sometimes, egos can take over, and good deals end up slipping through the grasp of contestants and judges.

In a market flooded with profit-driven products, those with a deeper purpose shine. Kevin Hart thus has a soft spot for products that aim to solve real issues, not just make money. So when he visited Shark Tank, that’s exactly what drew him to The Transformation Factory.
Of course, it didn’t hurt that the company was raking in massive sales. That kind of success had Mark Cuban and Hart practically saying “yes” before even a deal was proposed. Here’s how it all went down!

Shark Tank has borne witness to many historical deals throughout the years. Just as the show has seen the dreams of many entrepreneurs shattering on stage. In any case, it is not often that entrepreneurs return to the show after things falling apart before.
However, that is exactly what happened during Season 3 of Shark Tank when a contestant from the previous season returned to the show in an effort to make a deal. Although that, too, fell apart, the incident will stay with the judges and the audience forever due to the way things unfolded the second time around.

Shark Tank saw some crazy ideas get some amazing deals. Some of these deals went on to earn amazing returns for the sharks, while we never heard of some other products ever since. One such product that vanished from existence after a lucrative deal with Robert Herjavec was the AIRPod.
Zero Pollution Motors appeared on the show seeking $5 million to back the construction of a plant to manufacture the product in the United States. Ethan Tucker represented the company while he was accompanied by entrepreneur Pat Boone. Together, they had secured the U.S. licensing rights for Motor Development International’s (Mdi) air-powered automobiles.

Mark Cuban can easily be the cornerstone of Shark Tank and has only increased its popularity after Season 3. For over a decade now, he has been a huge part of the show, thriving in profitable business deals as well as with his keen eye for a valuable product. While this has made him one of the most sought-after businessmen out there, even he has no idea the kind of impact artificial intelligence will have on the future.

If you thought Hollywood drama was confined to red carpets and Oscar snubs, think again! The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) under Donald Trump’s government is bringing the kind of suspense that even Christopher Nolan couldn’t script. This time, the target isn’t a wayward superhero reboot or an ill-advised sequel. Instead, it’s media giants who dare to continue promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (Dei) discrimination.

In the history of Shark Tank, the five venture capitalists have invested in a number of products. Some Shark Tank pitches are bad, but this one was so absurd that even Kevin O’Leary couldn’t stay mad; he just laughed. Kevin O’Leary didn’t just wake up one day as Shark Tank’s bluntest investor; he was raised that way. His no-nonsense approach to business came straight from his mom. She believed in cutting through the fluff, facing problems head-on, and never sugarcoating the truth.
