Hammy action yarn with an entertaining performance from Michael Caine.

Killer bees periodically interrupt the arch writing, stilted direction and ludicrous acting in Irwin Allen's disappointing and tired non-thriller.

Mr. Allen might just as well have devoted his talents to man-eating goldfish, poodles on the rampage or carniverous canaries.

A poorly made and utterly laughable film that has gained a minor cult status with "bad film" fans.
