A teen girl is threatened with a machete and is then stabbed in the back with a switchblade. Three people kick her several times. Some blood is shown. A short time later, she spits blood in the face of one of the attackers, and the people hit and stab her several times. A lot of blood is shown.

A girl's hacked off arm is shown implying that it was severed.

A woman is gutted, and her entrails are pulled out by another woman. More or less of this is shown depending on the version.

A teen girl's chest is carved into by a switchblade. A lot of blood.

One character is a drug addict. He asks for drugs a few times and once is shown being handed a small bag of drugs.

A few people share a bottle of liquor as they rest in a bedroom.

A man wretches painfully in a bathroom due to not having his regular fix of drugs.

A man lights and smokes a cigarette.

Two young girls drink from a bottle of alcohol and talk about getting some 'grass'. Later, they ask a man if he knows where to buy some drugs, and he offers to sell them some 'Colombian'.

A chase through the woods.

Almost constant violence.

The entrails scene and the chest carving scene are very disturbing.
