Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things (1972)

Goofs

Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things

Edit

Continuity

Before the attack at the house in the film, Roy is shown to be laying propped up and facing up. During the attack, he is shown to be lying face down. After the attack, he is propped up again until he is touched and then he slumps over face down.

Factual errors

When it is asked as to how long Emerson was buried in the coffin, it is said about one hour. There is only enough air in a buried coffin to last a few minutes. He would have suffocated from lack of air.

Revealing mistakes

When Orville is sitting on the couch with Alan in the film, his arm is moved and, for a moment, you can see his normal "flesh-colored" skin between the fake right ghoul hand and the suit sleeve.

Miscellaneous

Orville is misspelled "Oruille " in the film's closing credits.

Character error

Alan claims the book of spells, etc. is in a direct line from the Druids, but the Druids never had a written language.
